This property boasts a fantastic location that makes getting around incredibly easy, paired with spacious and comfortable accommodations. Having an onsite restaurant right on the property was also a massive plus, adding a wonderful layer of convenience and quality to the entire experience. Unfortunately, the WiFi was completely out of service for the entire duration of my three-day stay. While the top-notch amenities and excellent space still warrant a solid four stars, the lack of internet was definitely a notable drawback. If they can ensure reliable connectivity in the future, this would easily be a five-star destination.

We have enjoyed this hotel several times and will likely stay again. I will note that we had 2 rooms with our reservation. My sister-in-law asked for her room not to be cleaned. And our room was also not cleaned. That part wasn’t as frustrating as, we needed new towels because we had 4 people and only received 2 towels. They were still damp on our second evening when we went to take showers. We asked for more towels and the front desk only had one, we also needed additional toilet paper.

Very clean and friendly, helpful staff.

The hotel and room were clean. However, the staff was not friendly or helpful. The receptionist were moody and never greeted me. We got one set of clean towels for the whole time of our stay. One morning we called reception asking for a roll of toilet paper, but was never delivered. Thankfully we had baby wipes on us. It would have been a great courtesy to have a coffee pot available for a morning coffee, but they didn't. We had to walk 2 blocks to buy coffee. The staff and attention to detail could make a stay much pleasant. Sadly, I didn't experience that at this hotel.

I liked the location of the Hotel. Close to everything. The personnel was friendly. The only thing I didn't like is the noise due to the echo in the living areas. Other that that i liked the hotel And if I come back to Puebla again I definitly stay at this property.

Friendly staff

Wonderful staff and location. The atrium echoed sounds at night. Plus the room had a musty odor that only improved with AC turned on. No towel hangers in bathroom.

Every thing was well organized the personal very attentive to all the need respectable. Highly recommend the breakfast and the services is very fast love the location and the place

This hotel is beautiful and well located. Unfortunately, however, noice from the main lobby area easily penetrates the rooms, with other guests socializing sometimes past midnight. We had to put "brown noise" on a tablet to drown out the echoes and be able to sleep. This hotel needs to have a policy of quiet hours or do something acoustically to reduce echo.
