The staff were friendly and helpful with any queries. They arranged a day trip following the itinerary we requested, this was a great trip and good value. There is a nice walk along the river but otherwise the place is quite remote, needing a taxi to take you anywhere. There are a couple of shops selling drinks and a couple of restaurants in the commune type complex. The room we stayed in was in need of re-decoration. There was signs of damp and the room was quite dated. Breakfast is made fresh for you.

Staff very nice, thoughtful and helpful, they made us so welcome, feel like stay home, nothing is too much trouble at all, if one day we come to visit Guilin again definitely will stay at same place again.

This property is clean and well maintained. The staff are amazing and super helpful. They helped us call drivers and gave us possible itineraries and recommendations for things to see during our stay. They helped us reserve a cruise and a show and made it so our travel was seamless through an unfamiliar area. They also give a free breakfast and will arrange with you if you need something very early to take with you on your journey. They were very helpful whenever we had any questions or needs!
