I had the most wonderful stay here for 2 weeks. Absolutely no complaints. There was some roadworks at front of hotel on my first night and the staff graciously moved me to a much bigger (and quieter) room at the back of hotel for same price. This room had the most incredible view of the New York skyline. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank You!

It was awful. Didnt get any sleep. Noise all night from metal plates on the ground outside. Every sungle time a car passed it made noise. There were at least 8 plates! Then early in the morning around 6am, woken up yo sound of drilling and construction. Housekeeping out in the hallway making noise at around 8am was kind of annoying also. Aside from that, its a nice place. Clean. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Cristina is awesome! She helped me with a issue i had and was great with her customer service!

It was confusing when we didn’t get a room key but were instead escorted to the room (being told we would be escorted each and every time we chose to step out of the hotel. I’ve never experienced that before. I much rather get a key card to the room I booked … giving me freedom to come and go as I please without feeling like a bother each time I need to be escorted to my room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did have to wait a while for valet to find the keys to the car that was clocking ours after we checked out.

Location is not ideal. I travel to NY a few times a year and normally stay in midtown East, Murray Hills, or Gramercy. This time I tried LIC. The hotel itself was clean and well run but the area is surrounded by abandoned buildings and warehouses. There is construction activities and lots of noise

My room was very spacious. However, being a large man the mattress was too soft, there was a sink hole. The desk chair was a little narrow, resulting i had to sit on the bed to do my work. Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel personnel were great. My suggestion dont drive there. Theres no parking in the area. You are forced to use the hotels parking whick costs approximately 56.00 each time you remove your car.

Our stay was great. Just wanted to veg out and be able to go out when needed. The room was clean, beds were comfy, the breakfast was great, they offer coffee all day, the staff is super friendly. The location is "ok" -- definitely walkable to all the cool places.

Checked in late with little or no problems. Was not accustomed to a $50/day security deposit but paid it. Will wait to see if the (interest-free) refund materialize4s promptly or not. Room was decent sized, and comfortable. Had to ask for an additional washcloth, as I received two bath towels, 3 hand towels and one wash cloth initially. was given 2 more washcloths with no problem. Breakfasts were free and nothing fancy but did the trick, and the offerings were more than adequate. Thank you for those. The 2 12-oz. bottle of water in the room felt like a bit of a trap, but at $3.50/bottle for non-Bonvoy members, I did well avoiding drinking them. $7/two 12-oz. bottles of random plastic-bottled water seemed more than a bit steep. Staff were nearly 100% courteous, helpful, accommodating, etc. Elevators were fast and didn't cause much standing around. I asked that my room not receive housekeeping during my 5-night stay, and as far as I could tell, that request was honored. When I spoke with the front desk about a cook top (induction type), a housekeeping person brought one to my door with two pans and two nicely sealing lids shortly after. Very handy. A food market, quick markets, and several decent restaurants were handily nearby.
