clean and friendly owner. a few suggestions for improvement need to improve the main mattress and there are small ants on the table area near the TV, the TV and microwave can't be used. the rest is good, hopefully there will be improvements next time

Lokasi baik & sangat strategis. Menuju Pakuwon Mall, anda tinggal turun ke lantai G & buka pintu. Owner sangat baik & informatif. Akomodasi bisa untuk keluarga dengan 4 orang dewasa. Parkir kendaraan juga begitu leluasa.

The rooms are clean, the mattress is pretty good and big, complete equipment. Only minus is there is no pan, but so far it's complete. The owner is very friendly so it makes the check-in process easier. The apartment is directly connected to the Pakuwon Mall, so if you want to shop, just go through the lobby. Five stars from me. A different experience during a visit to Surabaya. Usually in a hotel, this time in an apartment. As usual the entry protocol is more complicated than getting into the hotel. Because you have to get a smart card to enter the parking lot, as well as an elevator access token and also a room key. But after that, everything is more pleasant, with more spacious rooms and more complete room facilities than hotels with similar prices. Guided by the owner via WA, there are no significant obstacles. The children are happy because they get a new atmosphere, with a clean and well-maintained swimming pool, and high rooms, hope to come back here again someday.
