Window broken and unable to fix. Noisy in rooms in early evening and early mornings as lots of kids. Biffet pretty good. Inexpensive markets and places to eat rigjt around hotel

Yes, everything was excellent.

A really good hotel, with helpful staff, clean rooms / facilities and an excellent breakfast. It’s in a nice location near some nice restaurants and shops and a stoney beach , and a short distance from a sandy beach at San Augustin. Pool was fun and easy to get a sun lounger. We only did B&B and only had breakfast in the hotel, but this was a good selection (including plenty of fresh fruit) and considering the number of people was usually well stocked and organised. Separately (not through the hotel) we did an astronomy experience one evening with AstroGC which was amazing, and well worth it if you’re interested in the night sky.

Made 2 separate bookings via Hotel.com fo 2 nights, we have informed hotel earlier about that however, the front desk staffs didn’t pick that up and room changes is required

Good room, staff and amenities

Clean hotel with good staff. Nice amenities and lovely breakfast. Only downside is that there is no parking - but parking on nearby roads are free. Would stay here again!

Room was spotless, staff lovely helpful people. The only fault in my opinion was there was no room at all between sunbeds so you had to climb on from the end.

The room could be much better; there were a few cockroaches in the bathroom, and the mattress had extra padding which slipped, meaning there was risk of falling out of bed if it had moved. The facilities were good but the staff, although pleasant could have been more helpful

Good family friendly hotel, lovely staff and great food and drink in the all inclusive option. The children’s buffet in the main restaurant is a nice touch and the snack bar is great for feeding hungry little ones throughout the day.

Great for kids and parents. My 3 year old loved it. Room were spacious , the mattress weird. No conditionner just shampoo. They could have nespresso machine instead of instant coffee and their mini fridge is not cold if you plan on keeping milk for your toddler, had to use a cooler w ice. They got free apples at reception and there’s a grocery store 2 min walking distance.

Very busy hotel. More than we expected. The beach on the photos does not refer to the hotel as it’s public and nearby beach was rocky. The swimming pool was packed. The restaurant and food were beyond expectations. Brilliant choice and delicious food. Not sure if I’d stay for 1-2 weeks holiday in this property period, but 1 night stay over was fine. Thank you

Everything was great.

Very family orientated. Entertainment was excellent. Room maintenance was very efficient when there was an issue. Negative aspect, dietary requirements of gluten and lactose intolerance, no choice cf fresh cakes or pastries available.

The hotel was very large and had a lot of facilities. There were several pools and to a decent depth. The cleaning staff, especially Inma, were all delightful and did a great job. They even let me practice my Spanish with them! The arcade was good fun and open quite late of an evening. The breakfast was varied and well-cooked. Breakfast included is a must! You get a wrist band to show the staff what you are entitled to. One of the best things about the stay was the transport links. There's a bus stop almost immediately outside the front of the hotel (1 min walk if you want to be specific). You can get to the whole island that way.

While I appreciated that it was a 'family' hotel, I would have preferred that one of the three pools available was adult-only. The exercise classes (and their 'leaders') were great, the table-waiting and cleaning staff were fabulous, and the food available was always excellent.

My mum and I had a fantastic time on our winter break at Gruptoel Orquieda. The staff we encountered were wonderful and we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a sea view room. There were plenty of amenities for adults available. Lots of choices at the buffet. Only improvement, could be the showerheard quality as you were unable to change its setting and it has a "fire hose spray" feel to it. The beach was so peaceful and quiet and there were plenty of sunbeds available with sea views! Overall and incredible experience!

This resort and room exceeded our expectations. Everything is great including location (unless you want to be in the busy downtown). The only problem is parking as there is no dedicated parking. Would stay again for sure!
