Perfect location near lots of good restaurants and bars- the plazas around are a bit touristy (great quality still just busy and they close a bit early~11 pm at latest) Rooms are great, have overhead fans that help with the lack of A/C Beds are super comfy! Much better than some other places I’ve stayed. Also remote check in was nice. If you keep something in the comunal fridge maybe write “don’t throw away” just in case, didn’t really have a problem except one half eaten piece of cake haha Thanks!

I don't give them 0 starts because I cannot. I made a reservation for two nights. The day of the check-in I did the online check-in on my phone and received the confirmation of the check-in. The day of the arrival I couldn't make it to the hotel due to some personal issues, but I had the check-in already done so I planned to arrive the next day. I called the next day on my way there to let them know what happened and only to find out that they cancelled my whole reservation, including the second night I had left. HOW? WHY? I paid for both nights, the check-in was done, I can decide when I want to be in the room and when I won't be during that period of time. They NEVER called me to check on me and at least let me know that the reservation was going to be cancelled. They NEVER let me know that I was going to arrive without a room ready for me. It was a busy weekend and I had nowhere else to stay, I had to return home because I had nowhere else to go. And they NEVER refunded my money, NEVER. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Nice, clean room in middle of old town Bilbao, good beds. No street noise. Other guests using shared spaces will decide on how quiet it will be.

We love this place! We just had a 3 night stay and it was perfect for walking. Great area for food and drinks, and close for walking to various sites.We interacted with 2 staff and they were really helpful.

The bedroom was clean and ok if the price wouldn’t have been inflated 4 times !!! The quality of the bedroom is ok for 80€ a night not 300!! The pictures are not representing the room … it is not an hotel more a flat with bedrooms so lots of noise!! Really not happy and really felt I have been scam
