Overall was a very good stay, albeit I must say the beds were very uncomfortable. Two single beds for a couple and with those top up very thing and soft mattress that aren’t really a mattress and are horrible for your back. Bed frames also had breaks that were not working so the frames would also easily move. When we checked in we were told the pool closing time was at 7, however I got in the pool at 17:55 and got told off by the maintenance guy telling me pool closes at 18:00 and it is o my in summer it closes at 19:00. Gran Canaria is a sunny island and I think the pool should always stay open until 7 so that people can take advantage of it.

Green gardens around the place near the beach. Quite and relaxing area for vacation.

Great place, wide and comfy apartment, indeed on the hill, but you can handle it :)

It was so hard to check in. So many steps to get to the property. Hard to find parking in street. Property air conditioner was not working fine and was noisy. Property was far from beach and swimming pool. Over all that was waste of money.

Liked heated pools, entertainment program, mini town around , view on the ocean, variety of options how to spend your time. The apartment was just fine and quite well equipped. You feel safe and the whole complex maintenance is of good quality.

Tired property very tatty in places.

I got and upgrade to tres vidas wich is better view and more big rooms. I recommended to go for tres vidas for the view

A wonderful place for relaxing. The apartments are spacious and bright with modern furniture and either have a balcony or a terrace. The compound is full of palm trees and beautifully designed and offers tennis courts, a spa, and many other facilities. The only downside is that there is not really a beach (apart from the pebble stone area that provides access to the water). Staff is excellent and extremely efficient and helpful. A highly recommendable place.

Fräscha rum, varma pooler. Stor resort med bra utbud av aktiviteter och roliga grejer för barn. Oengagerad personal i receptionen (Daniel undantagen, han var väldigt bra). Otydliga i kommunikationen, kändes nästan som att de gjorde narr av oss när vi inte förstod. Vi behövde någonstans att bo för en natt innan hemresa och för det ändamålet är vi nöjda med vår vistelse.

Non mi era chiaro dalla descrizione, las pitas, Orchidea e un altro del gruppo Grupptel sono la stessa struttura. Las pitas si trova un po' più in alto e può risultare scomodo per una rampetta di scale, ma si sta veramente bene e si è vicinissimi alla strada dove posteggiare. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, soprattutto una signora delle pulizie che ogni giorno ci salutava e ha anche regalato dei cioccolatini ai miei bambini. Se vi capita l'appartamento con giardino è bello spazioso

Una estancia agradable desde el primer momento

Vi var to voksne og to barn i en leilighet i en uke. Leiligheten var fin med grei standard og godt renhold. Bassengene var enten ved hotellet som er like ved leilighetene, eller i leilighetskomplekset ved siden av. Det er ett hotell og to leilighetskomplekser som deler fasilitetene. Vi måtte gå ca 5 min til bassengområdet. Det er en del trapper for å komme seg opp til noen av leilighetene. Bassengene ved hotellet var fine, og alt fremstod rent og pent. Litt mye støy fra musikkanlegget ved bassengområdet, men det var mulig å trekke seg litt unna siden det er et stort område til solstoler. De har mange aktiviteter på hotellet som man kan følge via Blue-appen. Vi hadde ikke All inclusive, men det var både butikker og resturanter på området som gjorde det enkelt å finne seg noe å spise. God mat i resturantene like ved hotellet, også i strandbaren nede ved stranden. Hotellet er litt i utkanten av noe lokalt sentrum, så det er greit å ha alt man trenger i nærheten. Vi hadde leiebil. Kort vei til flyplassen.

Toki eivät ihan uusia, mutta remontoituja ja kohtalaisen siistejä. Uima-altaat ja hotellin palvelut suhteellisen lähellä. Eivät huoneistohotellin yhteydessä. Portaita paljon, mutta meitä ei ainakaan haitannut. All inclusive tarjonta monipuolista. Hedelmiä ja kasviksiä hyvin tarjolla. Vaihtuvat kattaukset ja teemaillallset toivat vaihtuvuutta ruokiin. Siisteydestä pidettiin huolta. Itse häiritsi, että lautaset aika usein likaisia ja joutui valkkaamaan pinosta puhtaan ruokailuun. Muuten siisti hotelli kokonaisuudessaan. Puhtauteen selvästi kiinnitetty huomiota. Bussilla pääsi hyvin liikkumaan paikasta toiseen. Tuin matkaoppaat olivat joka päivä hotellilla opastamassa ja viihdyttämässä lomalaisia. Vietimme oikein mukavan loman perheen kanssa. Suosittelen etenkin lapsiperheille.

Allt var super förutom väldigt lyhört på rummet. Vi hade oturen att hamna brevid berusade Norrmän som skrev på varandra under natten och kedjerökte på balkongen vilket gjorde att vi inte kunde vara där eller ha dörren öppen. Hade varit grymt med rökfri länga att välja på.

Ett perfekt hotell för barnfamiljen. Hög kvalitet på boendet. Lite enformig mat i restaurangen efter en vecka. Men det fanns alltid något gott.

Las Pitas son apartamentos antiguos, a los que se accede subiendo una gran pendiente. La zona está llena de cucarachas y los apartamentos también tienen insectos varios, además de desperfectos. Los colchones se desplazan del somier mientras duermes, y los apartamentos son muy calurosos. No deberían costar parecido al hotel Orquídea porque las instalaciones no tienen ni punto de comparación, han sido una decepción y no volveré.

La struttura è molto bella e curata. La camera anche se non pulitissima era comoda e funzionale. L'unica nota negativa è che in fase di check-in erano in 3 persone e nessuno ci ha accompagnato all' appartamento. Abbiamo girato un' ora sotto il sole, trascinando le valigie!
