WIthout wanting to give a bad review as the man is helpful and friendly and a great guy, the fact it is called B&B Miralia with no breakfast is misleading. Be prepared to share a bathroom although we had our own toilet. I forgot to bring our extension cable and tehre was just one plug in our room. However, you are in the heart of Naples so dont expect 4 star. The location is fantastic and having stayed in Naples a few times, this location was by far the best.

I had so many issues with my stay here, I can't fit it all into this space. The main one was that I booked a family room with four single beds and got two single beds wedged into a tiny room (no space between or either side of the beds). This room doesn't appear on any of the listings (photo attached). The shared toilet and shower aren't mentioned on the listing. My check in and check out times were changed on the day short notice. They say they offer toiletries but don't. I was never offered the breakfast they claim to provide. There was also a resident cockroach in my room. The whole establishment is run down. It would be absolutely fine for travelers looking for something basic, but the misleading information here made for a terrible stay.

Very central! Everything is walkable from this B&B, from restaurants to the train station. The host is very friendly also.

We are a family with 2 teens and booked for a 4nt stay in July. We got the quad room facing the street, which was extremely busy thoroughfare at night. If the windows were closed, the noise from outside was ok. Problem was that the room had no fan or ac (which we’d neglected to notice when we booked) and it was stifling hot like an oven especially at night. With the windows open it was slightly better but the noise made it impossible to sleep. After 2nts we forfeited the rest of our booking and paid for alternative accommodation. Also these are rooms in the owner’s house and we had to go through his living area to get to our room and to the shared bathroom. Kinda awkward. Was clean and a very central location though.

Owner and family very welcoming. B&B is in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, fantastic period property that’s is unspoilt.

La ubicación era excelente y el personal amable pero la cama estaba bastante sucia, con pelos y varias manchas.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo beb per il nostro soggiorno a Napoli. La struttura è molto pulita, il personale eccellente. Omar ci ha fatto sentire di casa, dandoci consigli su come spostarci e cosa vedere. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Situato in pieno centro storico, questo bed and breakfast è l ideale per chi intende soggiornare a basso costo a Napoli in un alloggio da cui poter raggiungere a piedi molte delle attrazioni principali della città. Aspetti invece meno positivi sono la presenza di due soli bagni (dei quali solo uno dotato di doccia) da condividere con tutti gli ospiti del b&b, assenza di aria condizionata o ventilatori per rinfrescare le stanze in estate e mancanza di ascensore per arrivare al secondo piano ove è ubicata la struttura.

La camera singola a me assegnata è ricavata da un ampio ripostiglio adibita a stanza. La sicurezza di quest'ultima è affidata a due gancini a vite ed un mini lucchetto. Unico bagno per circa 06/08/10 ospiti.

Non mi è piaciuto che per mezz'ora di ritardo sul termine del check in, dovuta a cancellazione del treno, mi abbiano chiesto 25 euro. Altra spesa esagerata 9 euro di tassa di soggiorno per 2 notti. Personale gentile e posizione strategica, ma spese poco oneste

Situata sulla via dei Tribunali, zona piena di locali e tanta tanta gente, soprattutto nel weekend. Vicino a tante attrazioni turistiche, nel cuore pulsante della citta. Consigliato.

There was a cockroach in one bathroom, and my room didn't have a window or air conditioning, with 35 degree celsius, it was unbearable. There was dust everywhere and trash left by a previous guest (e.g. water bottle under the bed). It is located really good, but the stay was horrible.

Por un retraso del vuelo llegamos a las 6 am para descansar hasta las 11 y dejar la habitación. Nos dijeron que habían cancelado la reserva sin avisarnos y que no podíamos entrar (sin devolver nada del dinero). Cuando nos quejamos mágicamente apareció una habitación disponible, nos pidieron pagar una tasa y pedimos ver dónde ponía que de 5 a 11 am teníamos que pagar ese precio (no aparecía en ningún lado, ellos juran que sí pero sólo salen otros tramos horarios). Empezó a gritarnos y a burlarse de nosotras en italiano (dicen que hablan varios idiomas pero realmente sabía alguna palabra en español y todo lo demás italiano) y nos echó del hotel. También dicen en varios sitios que el desayuno está incluido y allí nos dijeron que no. Anotan las reservas manualmente en un libro, pudiendo manipular cualquier información. Es cierto que no llegamos a ver ninguna habitación pero el hotel en sí es nefasto, la recepción es una habitación propia dentro del hotel donde duerme el recepcionista, lo que vimos estaba sucio y mal cuidado. Un trato horrible, muy poco humano y por supuesto muy poco profesional. Nos tuvimos que quedar 2 chicas de 18 años a las 6 am en una zona que no inspira mucha seguridad. Fuimos a la policía a denunciar este trato y no nos hicieron caso porque solo hablan italiano. Por favor, si estáis planteandoos venir a este hotel no lo hagáis, es mejor invertir algo más de dinero, estar en una zona más segura y con mejor ambiente.

Ottima zona, è facile muoversi anche a piedi. Omar alla reception è stato molto cordiale e disponibile

Estadia boa. Única questão a reclamar é que na página da Hotéis.com consta fornecimento de café da manhã. Não houve em nenhum dia. A cobrança do Imposto local foi de15,00 euros para 4 dias, o que não é compatível com a página do site.

"Free breakfast with local dishes every day" is the description on Hotels.com, this is not correct, there are no breakfast to have according to the manager=Hotels.com still to this day practice false advertising. Called Hotels, got a refund voucher for 15% of the total cost. The manager at the hotel has clearly not understood the concept of B&B... I would recommend this place to stay only for the location - not for anything else.
