The host was very responsive. The bathroom of the property was amazing, clean and spacious. Spacious bedrooms- had a great time!

We really enjoyed the room. The jetted tub and large shower was amazing. The building was beautiful and private. I gave this hotel a 5 star for these reasons. The downside was it was very challenging to get to with luggage. The reception desk is very far from the room itself, which you need to take a very crowded cobble stone street to get to the room. The code would not work to open the locked gate to get to the reception desk for check in, so we had to wait until someone needs cited the building to get in. Overall, we really did love the room.

Very disappointing stay. The room had a strong unpleasant smell from the moment we arrived, which made it uncomfortable to spend time in. The bathroom was in poor condition, with visible rot and clear signs of a lack of maintenance. The shower did not work properly and leaked heavily onto the bathroom floor, leaving water everywhere after each use. This was both inconvenient and a safety hazard. The breakfast was honestly one of the worst hotel breakfasts I have ever experienced. The selection was extremely poor, the quality was disappointing, and it did not meet even basic expectations for a hotel stay. The hotel looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. For the price paid, I expected a clean, well-maintained room with decent facilities, but unfortunately the condition of the room, bathroom, and breakfast fell far below expectations. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made.

Amazing room and position

We stayed in one of the anex rooms and it was an extre step to check in to the main office and then walk over and figure out all the entry codes. But once that was settled it was great. The room was beautiful with tall painted ceilings and windows. It was right in the middle of old town with a ton of restaurants and shops. I’d definitely stay again.

Stayed in the family suite in the annex bldg. Very nice, huge bathroom!

Helpful staff and central location.

The location of the hotel/apartment was excellent—right in the city center. At first glance, the bathroom seemed fine, but on closer inspection there were some issues, such as water leaking onto the floor and dripping from the water heater. Overall, it did not feel very professionally finished. That said, this did not ruin the great experience we had in Naples or the feeling of being right in the middle of everything. If you don’t mind some noise in the evening and at night from people going out and nearby bars and restaurants, Il Tesoro is a great place to stay.

Central location in Naples. Clean room. The shower and toilet leaked water all over the bathroom floor and we were told this is “normal”. Having a constantly wet bathroom floor was unpleasant. Staff were helpful and overall it was a nice enough place to stay and the location was great.

We spent one night at the satellite location in a "family room". It was much bigger than anticipated and very comfortable. There were several nice restaurants and wine bars on the street. It was near many of the famous pizzerias and Spaccanapoli. The satellite location is a bit more like an Airbnb, with 3 suites in a building that has a common courtyard. It was a bit confusing getting access, but the staff was great and responsive about answering all of my questions. I was able to work it out that we checked in electronically (paying through a payment app and sending our passport pictures), thus we were able to go directly to our satellite location, saving the several block walk.

Very impressed with the property, location, and friendly was of the staff. We will be visiting here again on our next trip!

The room we had was really nice and despite its very central location, it was very quiet inside.

The room was clean, the staff very friendly and courteous. Pretty good breakfast to start the day. The hotel location is ideal because is close to the historic center and in the middle of a lot of attractions, bars, and restaurants.

Schedule of breakfast is late( 8 am).We have a tour at 7:30 and we were asking for just coffee but denied our request.

Nice hotel in good location for “historic Naples” Clean hotel with a decent breakfast. Road noise can be a nuisance. Great Staff Ravi and Frederica.

Amazing little hotel, lovely modern rooms and lovely staff

the area is not as good as expected.

The room was large, well lit, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The reception member of staff was helpful. We enjoyed staying near the cathedral and other architectural attractions. The downside was the the three flights of stairs up to the Smart Suite.
