They didn't fulfill my honeymoon request, Really Bad service! We booked the room one week in advance before our trip. At the booking time, we request the"Honeymoon room with city view". By the way, we were there and they told me"They couldn't do it because they're quite busy at that day". After discussion, they promised that the hotel manager would call us and solve the problem soon. However, we didn't receive any call from anyone from the day we stay until now. 😢.

Drinking water from the 4 * hotel is poured into a glass jar for guests. I have never met a hotel that works like that, even motels they don't, because guests won't know what water the hotel staff give them to drink, water of unknown origin no one dares to drink, the hotel sells 300ml mineral water bottle price 30,000 is even more expensive than the airport. Shampoo and shower gel bottles are identical, with no captions or names on the bottle to distinguish them.
