Not worthy of being called a hotel/OYO. It is very unfit to be a place to stay. The reality is more dirty, dirty and smelly.

Jangan sekali-sekali kesana, hotelnya jorok, sprei Kotor, AC nya panas, petugas dilapori tidak merespon, tidak sesuai dengan yang ada di foto.

The room was dirty with lots of stains on the mattress, the bathroom jet shower was broken and the price did not match the application. Told to add more.

- The rooms do not match the documentation/display, - there are additional funds from the hotel because the prices are different from those offered by third parties.

Sorry the conditions are not suitable for families. I thought OYO was good, but it turns out that OYO's condition like this makes other OYOs also look bad. Not well maintained, service is not good. If it wasn't for the emergency we wouldn't have chosen here.

Hotel tidak layak untuk di sewa lagi kamar nya, sangat kotor sekali, sprei tidak pernah diganti ,kasur nya kempes, lantai kotor, kamar mandi kotor, keran nya rusak, bocor, tidak ada yang baik, sangat kecewa pesan kamar di Hotel Dibino ini, di foto seperti bagus dan bersih, nyatanya amburadul semua, komen bintang 1 terlalu bagus, komen nya tanpa bintang sudah cukup pret ketek, tolong black list aja hotel ini.

The hotel is not suitable to sleep in, the mattresses have lots of high animals, we slept bitten until we had bumps all over our backs and hands, the bed sheets were very dirty as if they had never been replaced, the mattress springs were rickety and dilapidated, small class hotel, don't ever sleep here again, not worth it

There is an additional fee of 40k from the hotel. And it's not a y deposit. The room smells bad. The AC is not cold enough. There are no towels + soap. I don't recommend it.

Saya sangat kecewa dan benar-benar emosi dan marah, masa iya hotel seperti ini masih dijadikan partner, saya setelah lihat kondisi kamar dan keseluruhan fasilitas yang sudah tidak bisa dipakai, sangat-sangat buruk kayak kamar mayat, ada hewan kecoa mati di dalam kamar, semuanya tidak manusiawi, tidak sesuai dengan gambar saya udah bayar 4 hari di sini bagaimana solusinya. Bagaimana caranya saya bisa dapatkan uang saya kembali?

Dari pertama check in udah dikagetin dengan harus tambah bayar cash 50rb karena harga yang di apps katanya belom diupdate (udah ga promo). Sampe uda agak malem + capek banget, jadi terima aja dri pada harus cari-cari hotel lagi. Begtu sampai kamar dikagetin lagi dengan bau rokok banget (udah req kamar non smoking), ditambah lagi kasur yang penuh debu, bercak-bercak d*r*h di mana-mana di seprei maupun sarung. Bener-Bener unexpected banget sih, padahal dulu ke OYO bersih banget, dapet sabun pack dan lain-lain juga + snack (tapi di Jakarta sih). Kamar mandi pun kumuh. Akhirnya beraniin minta ganti kamar. Bagusnya masih dikasih kamar lain di lantai 2 (harus angkat-angkat koper lagi). Kamarnya better, udah ga bau rokok, sekilas ranjang lebih bersih juga, noda-noda lebih minim, ya walaupun akhirnya juga masih nemuin rontokan rambut juga. Maunya udah pindah hotel aja, tapi karena capek, dan ini deket bandara, dan besok subuh udah harus check out, temen mutusin ya udahlah, mau gimana lagi. Dah kapok ke OYO lagi.

TV tidak bisa, kamar sangat jorok banyak sampah tidak dibersihkan, sarung bantal tidak diganti ada bekas air liur orang. Sprei tidak diganti bau dan kusam.

The bed sheets were so dirty I was so disappointed that I didn't check in. I was willing to lose my money, people bought it using money, please appreciate it. I was really disappointed with room number 207.

Jujur kecewa banget si nginep di sini. Dari awal check in udah ga enak, pas nyampe kamar pertama yang ada di lantai kedua fasilitas sangat kurang mulai dari kamar mandi kotor banget sampai AC yang ga bisa nyala. Alhasil minta pindah kamar dan dikasih kamar yang AC nya nyala, tapi lagi lagi kamar mandi kotor banget airnya ngga nyala sama sekali. Sampai sampai kita mandi di kamar mandi luar meskipun sama sama kotor tapi ga apa-apa masih keluar airnya.

The air conditioner is not cold, the TV is broken, the toilet is dirty, the sheets are dirty, the pillowcases have not been replaced. Finally decided to move hotels, even though I had booked for 2 nights. Unpleasant experience.

Sangat buruk, tidak sesuai foto. Mana kamarnya berantakan kasurnya, kayak abis dipake orang. Ga ada peralatan mandi. Minta upgrade kamar gak bisa, katanya penuh padal sepi. Akhirnya ngalah pindah ke hotel lain. Gak sempet fotoin soalnya keburu kesel, ngeri juga tempatnya.
