We chose the Family room, the room was big, clean, and the bathroom was also big and the water flow was also big..... We were happy to stay there, drinking water can be refilled 👍, next time we will stay there again because the area is easy to find food and is very strategic.

The hotel is located in George Town, within walking distance of many of George Town's main attractions. I visited all the main attractions in just three or four hours. There's a bus stop next to the hotel, and using Google Maps, you can take various routes to Penang Hill, Kek Lok Si Temple, Batu Ferringhi Beach, and other destinations, making travel very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby, making dining convenient. The room was clean and spacious, with large windows, so it didn't feel cramped. The in-room outlets accommodated Chinese plugs, eliminating the need for adapters. The hotel also has a curfew from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., providing a safe and secure environment.

When asked about the cleanliness of the room, the hotel staff were rude.

I've stayed here twice and it's been okay, especially considering the location. The price is quite reasonable considering the facilities. It's not particularly special, as I'm just here for medical treatment.

clean hotel. the bed is comfortable, can sleep well. strategic location. exit the lobby to the right to Jalan Macalister near Wellings Pharmacy, New Lane Food Court, a row of restaurants. lobby to the left, there is Ondo Bakery, 15 minutes walk to Cheng Woo. great. given late check out until 12.30, not bad so not in a hurry. highly recommend staying here.
