It was all good. Cleanliness is maintained and location near from Tempo Gelato. Cafe is on the left, right, and front hotel. We can see many “Bule” there. Hhaa.

3 times I sleep here, and too often there are cockroaches every time I check in but the guys are very responsive and welcoming. It's really fun here!

The staff is friendly and very helpful, the location is close to Prawirotaman, the rooms are comfortable, the villa is clean, interested in staying here again if I go to Jogja.

The staff are very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. If asked to stay here again, I would happily accept. The hotel can be used for personal or family stays. There is a living room to simply interact with other residents and free coffee and tea are provided. The downside is that there are no active windows, so the room feels damp and stuffy.
