There is a difference in the price of the application with real life. the room is not clean there are cockroaches, hair, unwashed sheets, flat pillows, air conditioning that is not cold. bathroom facilities that are not qualified such as cleanliness and slow water channels. it is highly not recommended to stay here again. in the future, hotel management can read and improve hotel facilities and services from this application.

The price did not match the application said 😂, suddenly there was an increase in price. And the room smelled, incredibly dirty. I ran away as soon as I was about to enter, it smelled fishy, smelled of urine. It was really, really bad.

For the X times I have stayed here, I am very disappointed and will not come here again, because the price booked in the application does not match the price when we checked in, they said there was a price error and we had to add more money.

There are cockroaches climbing into the bed. The sheets and blankets make you itchy and smell like urine. There is no mineral water and towels. Additional costs are charged outside the application

Very very dirty. Absolutely dirty. As soon as I entered the room I immediately looked for another place to stay because it was so dirty. It was terrible. The sheets were stained, the room was damp with lots of spider webs, the bathroom was full of crust. There was nothing good about it.

It's really really dirty, ordered a standard room but instead got a single bed, forced to sleep there because all the rooms were full, but unfortunately it was very dirty, lots of cockroaches, the toilet smelled, the sheets were dirty, the air conditioner wasn't cold, it wasn't very comfortable, I swear I felt like I wanted to be early in the morning let's get out of there. Sorry, but the single bed room is really dirty.
