nice stay as it has nice window but it will be good if its clear

A hotel with a very strategic location and the best views from both the rooms and the rooftop.

It has got a hidden river view on the back yard. Buzzing alongside Jalan Sumatera, Gubeng, hotel lifestyle offers a fresh look of little rural view and greeneries at the city. The room is clean and environmentally caring, with friendly staff.

In accordance with my expectations when choosing a hotel

Close to Grand City. But at breakfast, our favorite menu, fried rice, wasn't available.

Stayed for 2 days, but unfortunately, we couldn't use the swimming pool from morning until 6 pm on the second day due to an event. The city lights were really beautiful, ma'am. Sunset on day 1 😍. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Actually the hotel is good but I was disappointed yesterday because I got a room with dirty sheets and a hole in the towel. I forgot to take a photo. Hopefully in the future I will be more careful. Thank you.

I booked a deluxe room. Everything was fine and nice. It had a great view of the city lights at night. However, the room wasn't soundproof. Sounds from the next room were audible, and people passing by and opening the door to the next room could be heard from inside my room. Otherwise, it was great. 👌🏻

This is my third time here. Somehow, this time there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste... They said they were out, so that's it. The rest, I just go with the others.

bathroom equipment is lacking & pool is a bit dirty

All the staff are friendly, but the bathroom is not very clean, it still smells, and the soap may have run out and not been checked.

The city lights are amazing to see from the room, Surabaya is truly beautiful at night. I'll definitely book again sometime soon.

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the station and the city center. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms needs attention and improvement. There's no bath mat, so after exiting the bathroom, your feet are still wet, making the floor even dirtier. 🙂🙏🏻
