Apartment was very dirty. And they cut my advance amount without any reason and now don't respond my call and my messages.

Hari ketiga (sudah the last day) kami baru tahu bahwa ada saklar air panas di deretan saklar lampu. Tidak diinform juga dimana tempat sampahnya sehingga kami tidak tahu sampahnya harus dibuang kemana. Tidak diinformasikan juga berapa hari sekali kamar dan tempat tidur dirapikan. Sehingga selama 3 hari kami menginap disitu kamarnya sama sekali tidak pernah dibersihkan.
