I think the place is comfortable, family atmosphere. The father is very nimble, kind and informative when asked. Keep the room clean.

Clean, the water is fresh, it's just a shame it may be stuffy because there is no air conditioning.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, the place is also nice, can rent a motorcycle.

The place facilities is great specially for it's price, the service is good and it's also near airport. Maybe the thing lack from this place is you can heard next room person voice clearly. but overall it's a good a place.

Access roads for cars and motorcycles can enter. Car motorcycle parking area is also spacious. There is a motorbike rental when staying here. Rooms are spacious, clean comfortable. The bathroom is clean, although in the morning the water flow was dead but the homestay owner is responsive in helping visitors to be able to use the bathroom. Friendly owner. There is a kitchen which also prepared sugar tea & coffee along with cutlery & cooking utensils. There is a water dispenser. There is a prayer rug in every room & mukena (* for those who forget to bring it). Homestay distance with Malioboro + - 20-26 minutes

Check-in is fast enough. Can leave the items before checking in or after checking out. In the room there is a TV and ensuite bathroom. Even though there are no towels. Can motorbike rental 70k per day.

Private bathroom, clean, comfortable, friendly service.

Air ventilation between one room and the other room is connected, so if one of the smokers smells, the cigarette smell is very disturbing. The owner is quite friendly.

It's strategically located, not too far from Malioboro, Prambanan. The place is pretty good, even though there is no AC yet, there is a kitchen and cooking utensils, suitable for temporary and long stays for low budget ones.
