Poor soundproofing, location in a small alley under a steep bridge, difficult to navigate. Enthusiastic staff, 24/7

The staff's attitude was not good. At 8:37, I was about to go have breakfast. I walked out of the room and went downstairs when the female receptionist asked me: "Have you checked out yet? I asked to make sure." While I had already paid online. But asking made it sound like I was about to run away and not pay for the room. Not only that, when I first arrived at the hotel, the staff didn't even bother to open the door and just sat at the counter. Overall, it was a terrible stay here!
