I booked 2 rooms to take a short break from the airport before booking another hotel. But after arriving I just came & left immediately after seeing the room, it's not a matter of size, because before booking I already knew what facilities I would get, but the cleanliness of the room was really, really bad, the whole thing was really dirty & not maintained at all.

The toilet seat was cracked, the toilet wouldn't flush, the sink was clogged, there were no towels.
