The service is good and satisfying, great.

Stayed here again while waiting for our connecting flight. Airport shuttle service is available. The room was comfortable, but perhaps more attention could be paid to cleanliness. We will stay here again on our next trip.

It was a good stay here. The service was good, and the room was clean. However, the Wi-Fi in my room wasn't very strong and the signal wasn't very good, making it a bit difficult to connect. The breakfast selection wasn't great, as other hotels in this class offer a wide variety. Overall, the room was quite soundproof and the air conditioning was cool.

The room was quite comfortable, but the room faced the railway and the passing trains made a very loud noise.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the environment is quiet and close to culinary spots, the breakfast has a complete variety, during Eid there is ketupat opor and its delicious accompaniments, the staff are all friendly

The shower has very little water. You can often hear the sound of passing trains.

Friendly staff, good service

The location is quite easy to reach, near the Rawabuntu toll exit, but the hotel area is quite quiet, far from the mall. The check-in process was fast. The room was medium sized, clean, with adequate amenities. The downside of the room was that the TV had no movie channels, all news channels, and the refrigerator wasn't cold at all. The facilities were okay, hot water flowed smoothly, enough tissue, and there was also shampoo and soap. The swimming pool was very small, so we didn't swim because it was already full with just a few people. The breakfast was very good, with lots of variety, and the taste was also good. Overall, it was okay, and it was worth the price. Thank you.

At check-in, the front office staff was friendly, when borrowing prayer mats and sarongs for prayer, housekeeping respectfully lent them, car parking in the hotel basement was ok.

The facilities and services are really good

It's quite nice, the receptionist is friendly, there's a massage chair on the G floor, not far from where we checked in. The food is also delicious on the 1st floor. On the 1st floor, breakfast is available all the way to the back and the 1st floor has a swimming pool. The view is also great, you can see the train. If you want to take the train to get here, get off at Rawa Buntu Station, it's the closest.

The hotel is perfect for a family staycation. Plenty of street food within easy reach of a motorcycle taxi. The only downside is the staff. Starting from check-in, the lady served us with no smile. There was also a guy at the counter, but he wasn't quick to help customers. I had to unload two large suitcases from the car myself... until I asked, before he brought out a trolley.

Strategic location. Comfortable rooms, but overall the hotel is a bit dated. No access card is required to go to the upper floors. Breakfast could be improved.
