Please coordinate more with the building's parking management, especially during peak hours or times. Parking spots that say "hotel parking" can be used. I have informed the security guard that I am a hotel guest, but they still haven't given me a spot even though it is empty, only to the receptionist to open it.

the staff is very extraordinary starting from the entrance, to the room service is very satisfying, the security is very responsive in helping us when we need a wheelchair, the check-in process is very fast with friendly and agile staff, the room is also very clean, fragrant, and other facilities such as the swimming pool are also very clean.
the breakfast is delicious, coincidentally I stayed during the month of Ramadan so the menu variations are not too many but the taste is delicious and the staff are very kind.. so if you go to the Serpong area, this Swiss-BelHotel is highly recommended

Overall a great experience staying at the hotel. We arrived at almost midnight and the reception checked us in swiftly. There were some lights that flickered in the room perhaps due for maintenance. They didn't provide hand/face towels and no dental kits. Got to ring the front desk to request but it got delivered into our room quickly.
