The check-in and check-out process was quick, but unfortunately, the hotel lacked cleanliness—there were leftover food crumbs on the carpet that hadn't been cleaned, and an oxidized blood stain on the bedsheet. On top of that, every time we used the hairdryer, even briefly, the power would trip. When we reported this to the front desk, the response was extremely slow; it took over 30 minutes and three phone calls before an engineer finally arrived. The train noise was also very loud, despite our room being on the 9th floor. We won't be returning, as it was very difficult to get a good night's sleep during our business trip to Jakarta. Far below 4-star standards.

Overall, the place is comfortable. It's a bit far to turn around if you're riding a motorcycle, and the parking is quite a bit of a loop. The rooms are clean and comfortable, perfect for families, but the minifridge isn't cold enough. Breakfast is also mediocre, lacking in variety, but the food is quite tasty. We were also given a late checkout until 1 PM.

Overall, it's good: good location, good service. But the bed smells, I apologize. My child and I had trouble sleeping because the pillows, sheets, and blankets smelled unpleasant. The towels smelled the same. It's a shame, as it's a favorite hotel for me to visit my child at boarding school in BSD.
