I chose this hotel simply because it was cheap on the app. It's also expensive in person, at Rp200,000, which doesn't match the amenities and cleanliness. Honestly, the room smelled bad, the bathroom water was black, and I couldn't even wash my face because I was already disgusted, and the pillowcases were stained. In my opinion, this accommodation is not suitable for a family vacation. Hopefully, the cleanliness will improve. The price on the app is okay, and the staff are also friendly. The only downside is the hotel's cleanliness.

There was no other choice because I had already paid. It wasn't suitable for a long stay. The room was dirty, the blankets and pillows were stained with whatever. The floor was dirty, and the bathroom was dirty and crusty. I didn't want to take a shower because it was so dirty. 😭 Please improve the cleanliness.

This was one of the worst stays I've ever had. Cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority at this property. The linens were stained, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly maintained for a long time, the sink was extremely dirty, and the water had a strong earthy odor. The shower head was broken, and the shower jets were in poor condition. The amenities offered didn't reflect the standard of accommodation expected. This property needs a thorough overhaul and a serious inspection of its cleanliness and amenities. Prospective guests should consider other options before deciding to stay here.

The sheets were not replaced with new ones, there was a lot of rubbish in the bathroom, the pillows smelled, there was a lot of hair under the pillows.
