My family and I stayed for two days and were very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely return if we're in West Jakarta.

The room and atmosphere are okay, but the food is lacking this time, because only a little is prepared, the taste is not different from the last time I came, and there is no preparation either when there is only a little food left. I even had to wait 1 hour to be able to add more even though it was only 07.30. Hopefully they will pay more attention

Had an amazing stay in this hotel, the room was spacious and also clean, we stayed for 2 days in Day Room, the staff was so helpful and thumbs up for security service also. Thank you All Nite and Day Residence.
