Yes, even though we strictly follow the rules, we really have to check in at 2 o'clock. On weekdays. And the kids are already really tired from the trip.

Stayed in room 310, the hot water in the bathroom took a long time to warm up, the stainless steel in the bathroom was time to be cleaned, there weren't many TV channels, it's better to use an STB so that local TV can be played.

the staff is very friendly and helpful.. there is a new swimming pool.. quite clean.. dry towels are provided.. but you have to ask first... the room said the swimming pool is very clean.. the pool does not smell of chlorine.. the food is delicious.. but yesterday when I stayed it was a bit bland.. omelettes are provided for those who order.. add more buffet variations

I stayed on the 5th floor, room 506, last night I couldn't sleep because it was close to the elevator, the elevator could be heard from the room, gludak gluduk, like the elevator going up and down. I wanted to stay overnight and refresh but I couldn't sleep. Also, the bathroom only provided one toothbrush and the drain was really smelly. Shampoo and soap were in one place, it didn't seem proper. Hopefully it can be improved.

Check in at 1pm, but still well served. Rooms are comfortable and clean. It's just that the soundproofing is lacking, so sounds from outside can still be heard. The rest is safe and comfortable. Everything is clean, the towels smell good and the mattress has a bolster. It's very rare for hotels to provide bolsters. Breakfast, fried rice and butter chicken is delicious. You can do room service too.
