The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the hotel is strategically located close to the airport and close to the office where the business trip is going.

A comfortable hotel with a clean swimming pool and excellent service from all staff from check-in to check-out. Close to culinary spots, easy access, and delicious food.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, from June 18–22, 2026. My first impression of the hotel was that it was fun and welcoming. The swimming pool, with its varying depths, is great for guests of different ages and swimming abilities. The location is very convenient, close to Hermina Hospital, K-Walk Mall, as well as various restaurants and supermarkets. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was equipped with a smart TV. However, the Wi-Fi often could not connect because there was no internet access available. As constructive feedback, the bathroom was fairly clean, but the shower was already damaged. As a result, only a small amount of water came out of the shower head, while much of the water leaked from the sides. I experienced the same issue in the previous room I stayed in as well. I believe the hotel’s maintenance could be improved further. Thank you.

The hotel is clean, the staff are all friendly.

The hotel was very noisy; next to us, a room had its music and TV blasting. We got up twice to ask them to turn it down. The reception staff could hear it just as much as we could but never got up. It's unacceptable. We were leaving at 2:30 a.m., and they offered us a takeaway breakfast, which they claimed wasn't ready. We had to get angry and demand a refund for the breakfast before they finally decided to go and get the box.

The best lah, except for the breakfast which is so-so in taste, but otherwise all good. Close to the airport too.

The others are okay, getting better and better👍 Comfortable hotel with live music at night and a swimming pool, from children to the elderly🤭ahaay.. can bathe/swim from morning to night🤭👍 until satisfied👍

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean.

Some of the staff were friendly, but unfortunately, some weren't, just sitting in the cafe. They were yelled at for ordering food, but because the cafe wasn't open yet, they weren't allowed to sit.

The hotel staff and crew were friendly, polite and very helpful.

I recently stayed at Victoria Inn Hotel Manado and wanted to share some feedback based on my experience. I arrived about 10 minutes before the official check-in time, but unfortunately, the welcome from the staff felt less than friendly, and there was little information provided upon arrival. When I got to the room, I noticed that towels were not available, which was quite inconvenient. In addition, the air conditioning was not very cool, making the room less comfortable than expected. I hope this feedback can be helpful for improvement. With better attention to guest service and room readiness, I believe the overall experience at the hotel could be much better in the future.
