I recently stayed at Victoria Inn Hotel Manado and wanted to share some feedback based on my experience. I arrived about 10 minutes before the official check-in time, but unfortunately, the welcome from the staff felt less than friendly, and there was little information provided upon arrival. When I got to the room, I noticed that towels were not available, which was quite inconvenient. In addition, the air conditioning was not very cool, making the room less comfortable than expected. I hope this feedback can be helpful for improvement. With better attention to guest service and room readiness, I believe the overall experience at the hotel could be much better in the future.

Near the airport, the room is clean

It's great to bring the family because the pool is highly recommended.

Complain ac panas dari sore blg mau betulin. Sampai sy pulang tengah mlm ac tetap panas. Tidur jd buka pintu seperti foto yg di upload. Jam 12 mlm mau turun marah uda cape, jam 6 pagi hrs tiba Airport lg. Reception sengaja blg betulin, pdhl ga. Di tegur saat checkout, malah blg uda dingin kok. Yg benar aja kalo dingin tapi sy dan tmn tidur buka pintu kamar? Dan ga ada kata minta maaf sama sekali itu org.. Mlh salahin customer blg uda dibetulin ac nya.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel, three times in a month. Don't ask me what I like.

Spacious rooms, close to restaurants, aesthetic pool

The guest is still staying and has not checked out, the room has been given to another guest and there is no confirmation from the hotel staff.

Very uncomfortable. As soon as we were given the room key, when we opened it, a maintenance man was inside, claiming he was repairing the AC. However, by the time we checked out, the AC was 16°F but felt like it was 36°F. There was no trash can in the toilet. I called the operator, but no response; it turned out he was just playing on his phone.

Location near the airport, near shopping

Well, this is actually what I'm complaining about, I checked 3 days before, when I arrived, the RCPT didn't confirm anything, suddenly he changed to a deluxe double, when I complained, he added an extra bed card, but I just wanted to know what card I ordered, that's what I got. Hopefully, the following card is the room I got.

We used this room when we extended our stay. We actually booked a deluxe twin room, so we chose this room when we extended our stay. We extended this room. There are 2 rooms, 323 and 330, and we got a price of 500+ for the 330 with a ceiling dpe, so we can renovate it during the day. The room is hot, and the single room also has a ceiling dpe, so there are black molds in the 323 room. The price is 300 thousand, so we can renovate it. The pool is not good. The staff service is also good.

I stayed here twice and the AC wasn't cold at all, even at night the AC wasn't cold.

I was very disappointed with my check-in experience on my first day. I arrived at the hotel at 5 a.m. because I had paid for a room with a 6 a.m. check-in time. However, I was immediately turned away without confirmation or checking my details. The receptionist told me the room was sold out, even though I had already booked and paid in full a month in advance. The staff were also unfriendly. It's unfortunate that a hotel with excellent facilities, but a lack of hospitality, creates a bad first impression. I hope the hotel can improve the service at the front desk so guests feel more appreciated. Thank you.
