Barusan check in, kamar AC mati dan TV mati dengan kamar yang tidak ada jendelanya sangat panas dan ga ada solusi kamar pengganti dari pihak hotel. Saya tidak melanjutkan check in dan pihak hotel tidak ada ganti rugi.

What the hell of facilities this hotel like this. I know this is budgeting hotel but this kind hotel is not certified to using for customer. Tolong pihak management hotel atau owner perhatikan hal-hal fasilitas hotel yang sudah tidak layak dj gunakan mulai dari AC, kamar mandi, kebersihan kamar mandi, lantai kamar, sprei yang banyak bercak, ini sangat menjijikkan sekali.

Kunci pintu susah dilepas, kotor, banyak kecoa, pengap, AC nyala tapi tidak berfungsi, bau apek, TV tidak berfungsi, apalagi kamar mandi kotor banget & berjamur, baru check in langsung check out aja, sangat tidak nyaman dan sangat tidak recommend, skip. Biarinlah ke buang uang segitu, daripada tidur kepanasan dan tidak bisa bernapas lagi nanti, mending pindah. 1. Panas. 2. Pengap. 3. Kamar rusak. 4. Bocor. Intinya, tolong dong di perhatikan penginapan di OYO. Diseleksi baik-baik. Jangan kamar yang jelek dijual. Terus punya kebijakan sendiri lagi. Kalau kamar jelek, ganti yang bagus, minimal layak untuk ditidurin. Beberapa kali saya pesan di aplikasi hotel OYO, banyak yang tidak bagus. Tapi karena terdekat rumah OYO, jadi pesan via aplikasi. Saya di Karawaci sudah punya langganan hotel lain bisa dibilang hampir tiap minggu jika ke toko saya di Karawaci, sampai pegawainya kenal saya dan ga perlu minta KTP lagi. Kenapa saya nginep di OYO or hotel lain, karena kalau ngontrak sayang uangnya dan mesti bersih-bersih kamar lagi karena ditinggal sebulan, karena kalau saya tugas luar kota bisa-bisa sebulan 1 kali saja ke Karawaci. Tolong diperbaikan untuk pengawasan hotel. Tapi saya sudah komplain ke hotelnya langsung waktu itu. Terima Kasih.
