How come, the first time everything was good, but the second time it was really a mess 😂.

Cheap, dirty and smelly bed, bathroom also smell, leaking water tap.

Very bad! The AC didn't turn on, fortunately in Bandung there was a drain, the staff was confused, all the water suddenly turned off, please don't stay here for those who want to stay, it's better if it's a little expensive but good, and there are still lots of cheap but good ones! Worst experience while staying at a hotel, even at Cassa Dua it's not like that, it's just as cheap!

The room is dirty, the sheets have a lot of hair and are dirty. AC is broken, TV is broken. Complained and even asked to open the window so it wouldn't get hot

Rooms are not clean. The sheets are still dirty. And the bathroom plasterboard bag is peeling.

The room is clean, but placement on the 3rd floor of E1 is not worth it for that price because the price is quite good if you put it on the 3rd floor, it's not worth it in my opinion, check the broken door, the TV is blurry, the table is stuck when used, it's not as comfortable as the previous place, please pay more attention to the placement check first before placing it for guests 👍🏻.

It's really cheap, but when you change the sheets, there's a lot of hair on the sheets and the floor. The shower was clogged and no water came out. Hm.

The sheets and blankets are dirty. Not like my previous visit.

Absolutely disgusting! The receptionist was nice & friendly. However the hotel area was dirty & filthy; The swimming pool water was very unsuitable for use, the seating area around the pool was full of trash & the chairs were dirty, the public toilet was dirty. In my room; The floor looked unswept (lots of hair), the chair seats were dirty, the most disgusting was the mattress was a nest of bastards/bed bugs + the sheets were stained with bloody blood with "strange" splashes, the bathroom was bad (small sink water, toilet seat full of black stains, broken door). All night I only slept for 2-3 hours on the edge of the bed & woke up with bastards popping out, the rest of the time I just stood back and forth or sat on a chair with a towel that was also yellow & stained. While waiting at the reception, there was a cat with a dead mouse in its mouth coming up the stairs.

Not recommended. The room is a bit dirty. There are worms in the bidet. Skip it.

The reception staff is slow, the picture sold is 180° different from the reality, don't use a good photo if the reality is bad, the sheets and bed cover look like they haven't been changed, they're all brown, there's hair, the bathroom is also full of hair and dirty. The 3rd floor when I went up to the room was dark, I complained before, I don't know when it was turned on

The hotel staff was unhelpful and unfriendly.
