Booking via the application after arriving at the hotel, I was told to upgrade to deluxe & add another fee. The guard told me to call the OYO staff, from OYO there is no solution, if you want to take the deluxe one with my condition that comes at night & is tired because of a long trip, I say yes. For those who want to stay, make sure first. If you don't want to be disappointed. Please don't show if the room in the hotel is not available.

So far so good, tapi ada drama pas mau check in, di situs website kamar masih available dan masih bisa melakukam transaksi pembayaran, tapi pas nyampe di lokasi ternyata kamar full, sempat di bantu untuk refund tapi setelah berbicara dengan staf agen online, tapi tau-tau kamar ada dan harus bayar extra karena beda type, i have no problem with that, kamarnya bagus dan luas serrta balkoni, pelayanan oke lah, tapi maaf banget kamar mandinya dekil dan lumayan bau, jadi buat staff nya kalo bisa bersihinnya harus bener-bener bersih dan maksimal.

The interior in the room is good for a wardrobe bed, it's just that when you first arrive, you don't have shampoo towels and others and you have to go down to ask (if you don't go downstairs, you don't get it because the guard forgets it seems), Mbak Mbak is not always there Just be patient to call him 😂 but if it's okay for lodging, how come the price is recommended, the balcony view is also good.

Just a suggestion, for the receptionist to be on standby in his place so that guests who come can always ask / their guests are given a number that can be contacted.

The cool atmosphere of the hotel is cool even though it only uses a fan, unfortunately the wifi is not there.

The place is nice, clean and comfortable near the Clock Tower.

The place is clean and the building is still new. It's just hard to find the address because the name of the street is relatively new and the name of the hotel is different, which is listed Oyo Sanjaya Islamic homestay.

Great value for staying.. location is not accurate though, you better search "sanjaya homestay" at google maps

The rooms are nice and spacious, but the front office is often absent.

2x lights off, daylight and night while sleeping long enough, dirty sheets have stains, want to check out, look for a 10-minute receptionist, no standby.

The place is clean, just there's no plank, so it's hard to find which house.

The staff was never there, so if you want anything difficult, want to check out is difficult. There is no servant. Must wait a long time.

I stayed for 3 nights, I had asked to clean my room, but it was not cleaned, towels were not replaced. The manager of the homestay is never there, so if you need something to be difficult, the hot water is not alive, while here the area is cold. Finally I could not take a shower, the place was clean and comfortable, but the service was very poor.
