The Leez Inn Makati is tucked away in a narrow substrate and quite difficult to spot. This is a budget hotel and is very basic, and there are many better hotel alternatives about in Makati. The rooms are small and rather stark. They provide tea and coffee making facilities, free bottled water, dental kits, and there is a bar fridge. There is no safe, no hand towels, no face washers, no tissues, no slippers, no bathrobes. Housekeeping lacks supervision as each day they took the towels and never replaced them, which is poor. When you called for towels you would have to call again and again and again before finally they would get you towels. The bed is reasonably comfortable. There 's a small lcd TV with a very poor selection 5 in total, and english speaking channels there is virtually nothing you can watch if you want to see something in English. There is no hot water to the hand basin, and the shower has reasonable water pressure, but it only has luke warm water, which is unsatisfactory. The hotel policies are inconsistent with the information they provide. Hotel staff don't fill in anything when you arrive. You're required to scan a QR code and then fill out your own registration details which is pretty poor. They ask for 1,500 peso deposit which it 's ridiculous as there is nothing in the rooms, no mini bar and everything on the room is old, poor quality and it 's just an excessive amount for no reason, and they don't take credit cards, they only take cash. Unnecessary and poor standards. The lifts and corridors smell like urine. Wifi is poor and drops out all the time. The check. Out is a circus and is dysfunctional and totally disorganised. Staff seem to rude up and down constantly in the lifts during check. Out making it Impossible for customers to use the lift. It 's OK for 1 or 2 nights, it 's very basic but there are many better options at a similar or cheaper price in the area. I wouldn't recommend it.
