I checked into room 404 with a not-so-good feeling, hehe. The price was probably okay for a good bed and hot water, and the staff were helpful 👍🏻👍🏻 but everything else wasn't great. I booked in a hurry so I didn't get to see many reviews. The room was small and a bit stuffy (compared to the pictures), no windows, the floor was a bit sticky when I arrived, and there were no towels in the bathroom (I asked the receptionist and they brought some quickly). The phone and TV didn't work, which was quite inconvenient. Soundproofing was quite poor; I could hear almost everything from the hallway. The location is good, close to the city center, the beach, and some entertainment venues… Consider carefully before choosing (perhaps for this room type) if you only want a short stay; it will be quite inconvenient for a longer stay.

I was very happy and satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

The room was clean, there was a parking lot opposite, or you could park in front of the hotel if you didn't have one, the price was cheap compared to the area, the reception staff were polite, and it was close to the beach. I will book this hotel again next time I visit.

The rooms are clean, spacious, close to the beach, easy to get around, cheap price, didn't expect much but when I checked in I was quite surprised by the room quality. If I come back I will continue to book this place.

Compared to the price, the quality of the room is good in all the rooms I stayed in when traveling to Da Nang - Hue.

The bedroom is damp, dirty and full of cockroaches. Open the door and cockroaches crawl around like crazy.

I waited in the lobby for so long but there was no staff there. At that time, the lobby was freaking hot. I tried to call hotline but no one picked up or answered. I could contact with the staff after more than half an hour.

The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic.

The hotel is just 7 minutes to My Khe beach and near some convenient stores. However the staff didn’t want to communicate with clients. I booked one room with king bed and they changed into room with 2 beds without any information when I checked in. The telephone didn’t work, so I had to go down for the explication. They just said that the room I’ve booked didn’t have air conditioner without any excuses. The room was not isolated. I could hear the noise outside. I had to share the room with some cockroaches.

Dirty room, dark yellow stained bed sheets. Poor soundproofing. Unfriendly receptionist.

TV doesn't have youtube, I stayed here for 2 days lying in the room was quite boring

The room is ok, suitable for the money. But the soundproofing is really bad. I slept but I could hear every step and voice from outside very clearly. The room is clean.
