The room is spacious and has complete facilities

Stayed here for a week, it was very comfortable and quiet, the room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately the internet was not good so the wifi couldn't be used & the TV channels were interrupted.

The hotel service is satisfactory. The price is affordable.

I arrived at 12, initially just to leave my bag first because check-in time was 2, but thank God we could check in right away because the room was ready. I was so happy because I could rest right away, the room was also clean, the toilet was also clean, the hot water was smooth, the refrigerator was also cold so I could put drinks, the Wi-Fi was also smooth.

arrived by train at 13.30, arrived at the hotel and was immediately checked in, the staff was very nice, the hotel was nice, the rooms were big and very clean, the hotel was very busy, from the outside it looked ordinary but it was actually good for those on a tight budget, just for sleeping and walking around, it was really good, next time I will stay here again

The location is quite good, it's very close to Bandung station, the downside is that the blanket on the bed has a hole in it.

Staff friendly. The room is quite spacious and can accommodate a family of 4. The swimming pool is sufficient. Feedback for breakfast is added egg variation and not as an additional.

For the suite room it does not meet expectations, the room is indeed large but in terms of cleanliness and atmosphere it is not comfortable. For furniture, it is not taken care of, there is a lot of rust, there is no complete bathroom equipment. The pool is not clean, it should be cleaned every day so that it does not cause dirt.

All Great The room is spacious and the water is hot too, but in front of the pool so the kids are noisy. But that's okay, GH Hotel is recommended!

The breakfast changes every day and for the price of the hotel, I am very satisfied. I think if I go to Bandung, I will stay here again. The service is also friendly. Everything was niceee💕. Close to everywhere too. In front of the hotel, there is a legendary hidden gem curry lontong and it tastes really good!! Must try

Very convenient for transit and close to the station. The hotel is clean. For breakfast, just cross the street, there is lontong kari Gang Kebon Karet.

I stayed at Guntur Hotel for 1 night and had a lovely experience. The hotel has a comfort open-space concept, which makes the atmosphere feel fresh and relaxing—perfect for unwinding and spending quality time together with family. We arrived late at night, but late check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. There were plenty of family-friendly activities available, which made our short stay feel full and meaningful. The outdoor areas were spacious and well-kept, great for kids to run around and for adults to relax.

Very good in terms of access, cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff, lots of activities for children.

The location is very strategic with Bandung Station, just by walking you can get there. Nice.
