great service, their staff was so profesionnal, i remembered ms. hannah, sam and mike was in duty during my trip and theyre so helpful. even mr mike prepared his recommendation of places nearby and shared it on his QR code. What a great idea. A little note is only for their restaurant, which area is pretty small, that time during the breakfast, a couple need to share their table with me because I cant find any place to sit 😁 overall this hotel really worth the price. very recommended

Friendly staff is a plus point here, rooms are normal with hot water not hot because it uses solar energy, staff are extremely cute and supportive

The hotel is absolutely good, I am most impressed by the super enthusiastic receptionists here. In general, the rooms are clean, there is a swimming pool, although not very large, but everything and the experience are ok, my parents also really like and appreciate the staff here.

The hotel has a friendly, enthusiastic and attentive staff. The rooms are clean and reasonably arranged. Room rates are just over or under 1 million. The name on the door still says 8B Hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant is quite delicious, diverse and changes daily. The Hue beef noodle soup is excellent. Deserves 5* and will come back.

Small and cramped rooms. Service is less than satisfactory. Inspite of booking being covered by a Credit Card, the hotel constantly keeps pushing for cash payments.

We booked for 3 people, but gave us one bed. Switched rooms 3 times, due to AC issues. Bugs are also in the room. Not worth the stay here.
