The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in.

It's good, and it's worth the price. It's also conveniently located near Monas and not too far from the main road. If you take the TransJakarta bus, you can get off at Harmoni station, making it convenient for getting around Jakarta. Plus, the Wi-Fi is fast (on the third floor, I don't know how it is on the other floors).

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was very slow, probably because it was used by so many people. But overall, it was comfortable. I think I'd stay there again if I ever come back to Jakarta.

Overall it's okay, the receptionist is friendly, the lobby is clean, it just so happens that the toilet smells. And it also happens that the upper capsule is active, so it makes a bit of a 'crick' sound.

This is my second time staying here, it is close to Merdeka Palace so it fits my prediction.

It's cool for someone who wants to enjoy a solo vacation, and the price is reasonably affordable in my opinion. The bathrooms had a water heater shower. A little reminder, the AC is on the cool side all day and night. So, if you're not used to cold temperatures, you might want to bring a jacket or maybe a slightly thick blanket.

Like most capsule hotels, the good thing is that it's close to the TJ Harmoni bus stop (only a 5-minute walk maximum), there are lots of food vendors around every morning (for breakfast), and it's quite close to a minimarket. The staff also work according to their job, only if you want hot water (for instant noodles) you have to ask the staff, because there is no dispenser provided. There are also rooms, every time a guest checks out, the sheets and blankets are always changed, only in my capsule room the pillow for leaning on had a yellow stain, so people don't want to lean on it. I didn't try the TV. There are 2 types of lockers, outside the room and next to the capsules. When I was there, the elevator was broken, but it was okay because the floor only goes up to 3 floors. Overall, it's recommended for those who are just stopping by.

The service was friendly and fast, so we went straight to bed. It was great for just sleeping, and the bathroom was also great.

The hotel staff is friendly. However, some guests staying here are a bit rude, noisy, and disturbing people trying to sleep. Walking back and forth makes noise and is annoying 🤦‍♀️. For those bringing children, parents should advise them to keep the noise down 🤦‍♀️.

The place is comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The amenities seem incomplete, as our room lacked headphones, meaning there was no sound when watching TV.

It's comfortable, but sometimes, only if there are small children. It's understandable if there are small children who just want to run around instead of crying in the middle of the night 😅

Unfortunately, it's a bit noisy. Voices echo. Sometimes two couples share a room. It's odd. But it's comfortable enough to sleep in for a few days. The bathroom is also clean. The water works well and smoothly. There's also warm water for bathing. Toothpaste and toothbrushes are provided. The staff are friendly, both male and female.
