When I arrived at the location, I was told to add 50 thousand. The room building is old, the water for defecating/defecating doesn't flow, it has to be done manually.

The mattress was dirty, I ordered 3 rooms, 2 rooms the AC didn't work, the flush toilet didn't work either, so very bad.

The service was not good until they were asked for more money, there were no towels + soap + the water was dirty.

There was an extortion, they were told to pay an additional 100 thousand per room for the reason of checking in at night.

Coming to a place, you have to pay again, the price is different from the application.

Arriving at the place, you will be asked to pay an additional fee.

Even though I ordered the cheapest room and used a fan, the room conditions were good, the toilet was clean, the TV was safe. What was a bit disappointing was his mother who was a bit bitchy, when Kabul was very kind and friendly.

There is only 1 guard and the wifi is only in the lobby area, so it doesn't reach the room. The room building doesn't look so well-maintained, the floors & walls are limp but the room facilities are okay, at a price of 100 thousand WCs in there is warm water, TV, AC, wide mirror in the room, mattress, so it's still good for sleeping, and a direct view to the beach even though the beach is not beautiful because the water is like chocolate milk. Overall it's okay, there's only 1 thing that's an obstacle and I don't want to go there again because the Ciletuh Geopark road is too extreme to take the family for a walk. They were traumatized and chose to go home via Jampang, twice the distance because they avoided extreme roads.

The place is good, it's near the beach, for our family it's good enough for that price and we can go to the beach as much as we like, masyaAllah.

Please pay more attention to the facilities, because I want to take a shower the water is very small and the lights go out even when I check out the lights are still out .
