The hotel staff was very friendly and the check in process was fast.

The hotel location is close to shopping areas.

When we checked out, we left RM 150 in an envelope in the room. We phoned them, they collected and kept it. Returned to US, thanks to them.

Lokasinya cukup strategis, dekat (walkable) ke Haniffa supermarket dan Sogo shopping center. Kami datang 2 hari sebelum hari Raya, jadi jalan sepanjang depan hotel di tutup untuk bazar malam. Benar-benar ramai dan hiruk pikuk jika malam. Ke masjid Jamek untuk sholat Ied juga cukup berjalan kaki. Sayang kamarnya tidak berjendelanalias tidak sesuai gambar di aplikasi. Dan proses check in cukup lama karena petugasnya hanya 1 irg dan sedang toilet break 😄.

Perfect to stay in the middle of business center, close to Dataran Merdeka, you can just walk 7 minutes. Very close to find local foods. The room is so clean and I love the bathroom, the shower is fantastic!

Hotel yang bersih. Hanya saja dapat lantai paling atas lantai 13. Jadi susah sekali kalau mau naik turun. Di sini banyak toko-toko tekstil jadi kalau yang mau borong pakaian sangat cocok di sini. Dan kalau malam di belakang hotel bazar makanan ramai sangat dan enak.

Hotel yang sangat strategis, lokasi nya dekat dengan Masjid India, stasiun MRT, pusat perbelanjaan, pusat kuliner, tempat nya nyaman, cozy, kamar cukup luas, wifi kenceng, pasti akan ke sana lagi kalo liburan nanti.

Room nice, clean and comfort, near to masjid India shopping mall, all very near and walk in.
