Previously, thank you for being able to reschedule because the lantern event was postponed, but I felt uncomfortable staying there because the room was dirty, especially the sheets were full of holes from cigarette butts and dirty too, the towels were no longer suitable for use but were still kept in the room, the towels were full of holes, the bathroom was dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned after guests used it, there was only drinking water, no tissue at all, the water heater wasn't hot enough, bar soap, 1 sachet of zinc shampoo. Please improve the cleanliness and comfort of the guests, because we also paid according to the hotel's terms. I feel it's not worth it with the price offered but with facilities like that. Hopefully this suggestion can be considered.

I'll stay here again if I come to Purwokerto.

The hotel is really nice, especially the lobby... when I entered the room, it was pleasant because the room was spacious and equipped with a 40" TV and 2 relaxing sofas. But unfortunately there were several cigarette butts, and the bathroom was a bit dirty, especially the toilet area.
