I booked a room here on a whim because Da Nang is fully booked during holidays, but what my family received was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and lovely, the room was beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was delicious and visually appealing. The location is also close to the city center and the beach. A lovely, cozy hotel to add to my list of places to return to in Da Nang.

The hotel is quite nice, everything is neat, the food is delicious, the staff is enthusiastic. However, the room area is a bit narrow and cramped.

Location near the beach. The hotel is a bit small, the elevator is small, the hotel is divided into 2 halves: front and back. I stayed in the front and there was no elevator, I had to go to the back and walk across. The iron stairs are small, carrying suitcases is a bit difficult. Breakfast is a la carte, but delicious. Friendly staff, 24/7 service.

For a 2-star hotel, the breakfast service was such a pleasant. Lobby was nice, cute and cozy

It's a compact but beautiful place, the staffs are very nice, attentive, and flexible. Extremely clean and comfortable stay. Although the breakfast menu is relatively simple, the food is delicious and fulfilling, with plenty of fruits and snacks provided as well. The Memory is a highlight to our Danang trip and would definitely book again if we return to Danang

I went solo so I stayed in a dorm room of 4. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the room and bathroom were shared but clean. Will come back if I visit Da Nang next time!

Busy Ngoc and Nhan at the hotel were very enthusiastic, especially Ngoc, my suitcase was big and my friend, a girl, still brought it down from the 4th floor to me very enthusiastically, just the soundproofing of the room was not very good, For the rest, I recommend it to everyone

I had a wonderful stay here. The space and rooms of the hotel bring a comfortable and cozy feeling to me. The hotel area is quite small but does not make it feel cramped or secretive. The staff here are very enthusiastic, cheerful, friendly, they are very thoughtful when preparing breakfast, which are the specialties here, they guide and provide very detailed service information for me on what make my trip more convenient. They communicate in English quite well. If I have a chance I will come back here!

Không gian rất sang trọng, lãng mạn, độc đáo. Tuy nhiên sảnh không gắn máy lạnh nên khá nóng so với thời tiết của Đà Nẵng.

Overall it was a decent experience. The room was way smaller than expected, compared with the price we paid. There was also no view in room. Attitude 's attitude was great. Very responsive and helpful. No AC in the reception desk-> a big minus point as the temperature in Da Nang was really high. Facilities are OK. Breakfast cao lau is tasty.

The hotel is very chill, the service is very good at all stages, always interested in asking questions and introducing guests to tourist attractions and specialties in Da Nang. A delicious, full breakfast from main course, drink to dessert and fruit. Special thanks to the lovely receptionist who guided all the places to play for us. Next time I come to Da Nang, I will continue to choose The Memory ❤️
