There is no hot shower, and toiletries such as toothbrush.

Hotelnya bersih, dekat bandara, dan saya suka sekali konsep hotelnya.

Staf hotel ramah bagus cuma kualitas hotel kurang kamar mandi air gak lancar nyamuk juga ada.

booking a suite room, but the room is not like a suite room, the water heater does not work, the apps can get breakfast, but the fact is that the hotel doesn't exist, what's worse, haven't checked out yet, the hotel has already visited the room & opened the door with their spare key , this hotel is really bad, really don't recommend !!!! sorry to take this hotel, & order the suite room, zonkkkk all

Weaknesses The rooms are dirty, the AC is not cold, the water heater is not on. Filled with lots of cockroach droppings. The plus is that it is close to the Sanura Bus counter and Warkop.

Very poor service, and cleanliness of the rooms.

1. Drinking water in the room is not there, 2. Meu food is there, but right in the hub of the hotel convey their own message in front of the hotel (there is no solution to offer blah blah blah) 3. Breakfast is less satisfying than that okay, service is pretty good, the room is clean enough

Breakfast lacks a menu, only soto and tempe rice is provided, hot water in the room does not exist / cannot cook by itself, bathroom is rusty shower and the sink does not work. The towels are rough and smell less fresh.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, however the hotel conditions are not like the pictures so a little disappointed. For others it's not bad.

The check-in process is not difficult. Strategic location.

Room according to the picture, kept the price cheaper. I will stay again at Salam Residence sharia.
