The entire staff was friendly to me as a deaf guest. There was a male receptionist who could speak sign language, making communication easier and more comfortable. The hotel's location is also strategic, close to transportation and numerous dining options nearby. However, I had difficulty finding the hotel's contact information because I couldn't find the WhatsApp number or email address when I tried to contact them about a lost item. Furthermore, the hotel's laundry service is very expensive, and finding other laundry services nearby is quite difficult.
