The hotel staff is friendly, kind & very helpful with my mother's needs during her stay at the hotel.

customer service is really bad because WhatsApp said the hotel closes at 1/2 12 while I booked at 10 pm, I was not immediately informed that the hotel was closing because the CS had gone home. the information on Traveloka CS is 24 hours, the room is different from the photo, the tube TV, table and cupboard are different from the photo, the bathroom is not clean, the hotel floor is slippery and oily, the soap is difficult to get out

I should have gotten another room, but because the receptionist was new, I gave them the wrong room. He explained that he could choose a single bed or a double bed, but he said he couldn't. As a result, we got an inappropriate room. Photo and original are different. The tube TV only got 2 channels, bathroom tissue wasn't provided, there were snails in the sink, the floor felt sticky, the receptionist took a long time to explain that I had given them the wrong room, but never mind. It's getting late and I'm too lazy to move around. I'm disappointed. Many lodgings are cheaper, but the facilities are better.
