I was waiting quite long for the guy to hand me the room key. There is no information about deposit in the description. I need to pay deposit RM100 upon check in and I need to ask for the management to return my deposit at 5pm after check out at 10am.

Breathtaking view. Easy parking, lot of restaurants nearby within walking distance but cleaning fees charge separately. Overall perfect.

Their is no wifi provided. When ask the property they said they just provided for duplex and 1 bed room only🙄 and the mobile network connection was bad. The property should aware all this instead became a calculative host

1) Check in takes a long time. line hp is not available in the lobby area parking. in charge person don't follow up. the wrong number was given. no house in cameron highlands. not in cyberjaya. 2) Rubber pipe under sink leak. good luck changing other rooms 3) kid friendly swimming pool2. the stairs section of the children area with adults has no obstruction. danger. my son almost drowned. 4) Smelly room 5) Incomplete cooking utensils. dish soap is not provided. no 3 in 1 is provided. towels are only given 2 pieces. (room for 4) 6) Non-channel TV.
