Absolutely horrible conditions. Walls were literally falling apart. Floors were dirty. One room even had a hole in the sink!
Worst part was that the stupid thing was none refundable. We refused to stay in those conditions and still couldnt get any money back

We were told we had no reservation upon arrival, when I paid online. It was very late at night, they were rude, demanded we paid in cash or refused us the room. Very poor customer service, would avoid this hotel chain.
