The property is located near main attractions in Batroun and two steps away from Bahsa Bay. Being behind cafes and restaurants meant noise could be heard as well as cooking smells. The entrance of the property is near the base of a kitchen and staff exit. There was no proper communication from the property and no instructions how to check in. I was not given a Wi-Fi password nor was I aware of a location for the breakfast. I had to pay for my own despite the breakfast being part of the room rate. I tried calling the designated phone number several times and on WhatsApp without any response.

First of all, the room was not clean at all- the floor was dirty and there were visible stains on the shower glass. The shower had only hot water, and when i asked them to fix it, they changed it to cold water only. There was no bidet in the toilet which made our stay very uncomfortable. And the person who gave us the key was not helpful and quite rude.

Bad hotel. They canceled my booking the day before my arrival. And did not refund my money. I expect a full refund.

Everything was very good

We stayed in room 5 for 2 nights in May 2025. I have given it 5 stars for the view (the photos on expedia don't do it justice, i have attached some of the view from the room), it has a balcony plus location was great, 2 minutes walk to the restaurants on the front and walkable from the Old Souks area (though there are lots of golf carts as taxis). Room was clean and modern and breakfast at Rays exceptional. I would definitely stay there again but there are a couple of things to note: the parking charge was double that stated on Expedia. There is no kitchenette as stated, there is a (good sized) fridge and a kettle, no glasses or anything. Check in information was a bit confusing as you had to check in at Rays but when i asked initially the guy didn't seem to know anything but we got there in the end. But we had a great time and are definitely hoping to go back next time we are in Lebanon.

Location breakfast cleanliness we’re all great however there was no single spoon fork or knife and at the entrance there was horrible smell especially if you sat on the balcony room one and the wind brought the smell you way

Unfortunately, there is nothing to share since the owner canceled my reservation at the last minute, without prior advice, on the pretext that the property is undergoing maintenance and repairs, something she should have informed me about long before my check-in date. Overall, let me just say that it’s been quite a disconcerting and very bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. The owner sounded very unprofessional and, so far, unwilling to help assist me get a refund from Expedia for services not rendered. I’m still trying to resolve the issue with your customer support people, which, to this hour, has been unsatisfactory. I trust you review this case and credit me back the full amount I paid for two rooms.

Room 3 was terrible. Hardly any space. The sewerage and the smell was atrocious. The smell was present in the room 24/7. Water leaks from the bathtub and flooded our room at one point. Lighting is poor. Not recommended what so ever.

Its more of a guesthouse then a hotel. Doesnt have reception, and to get the key of the room need to go to the restaurant. The location was nice and the room was comfortable although the heavy rain and the stairs were leaking but the view from the window at the sea makes you forget.

Just a nice place to stay overnight.

A nice little hotel right on the Mediterranean Sea. My room was comfortable with a small outdoor patio. Staff was very nice. Popular restaurant below called Ray's. Good food. Great sunsets.

Nothing like the pictures very bad staff, took us a long time to find the place because of lack of information on where to check in, very dirty, too small and thin walls, the tv wasn’t working and they didn’t answer me when i asked why …. The keypad was also not working …. Only the breakfast was nice but they didn’t tell me about it when we were checking out i was the one that reminded them … overall we payed a lot compared to what we got very disappointing…

Very disappointing. Room was dirty there was no toilet seat tv not working and Air condition not cooling we were sweating all night. Ill never go back there
