Just returned from holidays. It’s amazing hotel with excellent service very central located and easy to access. Hotel itself has beautiful interior and artwork galleries staff is so friendly and welcoming to each guest.

Visited Karosta Prison, Swinging Bridge, St Nicholas Orthodox Church, Seaside Park, and the beach.

Your Staff should be commended on their fabulous customer service skills and their outstanding professionalism. My registration was flawless and Enjoyable thanks to the wonderful gal that registered me. The staff at the breakfast were helpful caring and professional . And we got to share a few jokes together. I would definitely recommend your establishment to my friends and should I ever make it back I will definitely return to the art roma hotel.

Beautiful hotel spoiled by miserable, petty staff. The rooms are a good size, and everything is very clean and tidy. Upon check-in, we were greeted by the receptionist, who was possibly one of the most miserable people I’ve ever had the misfortune to meet. Upon checkout, I paid the minibar bill, as expected. I was sent a link for a packet of nuts that they mistakenly did not include in the bill, which meant I had to then go and pay manually for an amount of €3.90. Understandably this amount was owed, however, extremely petty. I shall stay in Promenades hotel next time I’m in Liepaja - they are much more professional.

This is one of the most interesting and original hotels that I've stayed in. The rooms are very individual, quite large, and beautifully furnished. Everything works perfectly. The staff are excellent, friendly and multilingual. There are a number of dining options around, breakfast is included, and there is a nice coffee house and bakery in the same complex. I highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Liepaja.

Ļoti patika dzīvošana viesnīcā. Ļoti skaistas telpas gan numuru, gan citas telpas. Koridoros valda patīkama smarža un sienas grezno skaistas gleznas. Personāls ļoti jauks, brokastis brīnišķīgas- visām gaumēm. Īpašs paldies par kosmētikas izvēli numuriņos. Biju vīlisies par netīru galdu (glāžu riņķiem) un grīdu zem gultas.

It was an amazing stay, comfortable and immaculately furnished rooms, fast wi-fi and a wonderful art gallery inside the hotel.
