When we arrived the host said he did not have our reservation. The gate was locked. The number on the listing was not an accurate number. It took messaging Expedia to get a new number and the owner did not answer that number. He did respond to Expedia and finally reached out on WhatsApp. They came and cleaned while we were waiting to enter. The pictures on the listing are from probably 10 years ago - the home needs some repairs and maintenance. Faucets are loose, no hot water in the downstairs bathroom, washing machine quit working. They were responsive to come the second day after reaching out to Expedia again about the condition of the home - not matching the listing and the issues we were having - still not impressed with what is portrayed on the listing to the actual home.
