This 'hotel' was crazily good - like too good to be true good. Our host was exceptional, offering us welcome drinks to take back to our room and personally showing us to our room and around the amenities. The hotel is a bit of an odd one (but in a good way) as it is located in a private, secure wing of 8 rooms in an apartment block. We had a double room with a balcony overlooking the main room and it was fantastic. Clean, tidy, well maintained with a large bathroom (there is a shower head for use in the bath but no shower as such - not a big deal for us). There is a safe, kettle, microwave, and fridge in the room. The fridge contained a beer, cola and some snacks, all of which were free. There was a breakfast room in the wing where the included breakfast was served and comprised of a small buffet and hot and cold drinks. Perfectly adequate and enough to set us up for the day, saving additional time and money along the way. The breakfast room is accessible 24/7 with access free tea, coffee machine and cold drinks. The gym looked to be very well equipped although we didn't have time to use it on this occasion. There is a bus stop right outside that takes you directly to the city centre and a train station behind the hotel. We found a local-type pub (Pivovar Hops), on the railway station side that did good pub grub and excellent, cheap beer. There was also a bakery and Tesco Express and other shops and food places around the station. Overall - Excellent - 6 stars.

23 countries in 21 days and this was by far the nicest room and breakfast setup. Close to major transit and across the street from local bus. Very friendly staff and got us into a room early.

Great location just a few steps from bus/train stations. Room was clean and staff leave you a bag outside the door daily with free drinks/TP etc…gym was well stocked. Not that much cardio equipment, but otherwise good. Breakfast was solid. Fresh rolls, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt etc..coffee machine was always available for free. Staff really gave a great effort to ensure quests needs were met.

Real close to a bus stop- the 93 will take you straight toward Old Town. Nice continental breakfast.

The property is well maintained, clean and comfy! The staff is excellent and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Small but excellent hotel right next to the railway to/from Vienna. Clean, comfortable, a short ride on one of the frequent buses to the City Centre. Staff are friendly and helpful - Receptionist went well above and beyond the call of duty to help us with an emergncy. Warmly recommended.

Very unorthodox hotel - located within regular apartments. Nice friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great location (in proximity of Bratislava Petrzalka rail station).

The area isn't great. I was refused service at a food counter just outside the hotel (called "Express Service"). In the hotel itself, there is a frequent banging noise. There is street noise as well.

All well with comfort, checkin, fulsome breakfast and welcoming and helpful staff. Problem we had was the elevator was out of service during our entire stay and we had to haul luggage to 3rd floor above the main floor (floor zero). Location was difficult to find but easy to return to once we figured how where and how. Staff helpful in us doing this.

Absolutely perfect stay! Staff was terrific, nice size room, great breakfast, easy access to bus service.

Walking distance to train station...numerous buses to evey part of the city.....easy to reach the old town ...hotel staff very helpful.....stressless experience.

Very friendly stuff and very clean newly furnished rooms, small but good selection for breakfast. Right next to the railway station, which is on the one hand practical, but sometimes a bit noisy.

Highly recommended ! Friendly staff, very clean and new, parking included, the mini bar in the room is free and they offer also for free fruits, cereals and Nutella’s in the restaurant whenever you went to eat, especially as a late night snack! They have also a very nice gym. The bus station to the center is just crossing the street and very easy to use ( bus 93). We had a very nice stay in this hotel!!!

The rooms here are fabulous, spacious and modern. The staff are trying very hard to please but the hotel is too far out of town to work and right next to a very noisy rail depot. It is a great hotel but overpriced for what it offers.

Tudo estava ótimo. Desde a recepção pela funcionária do checkin que foi muito atenciosa até o café da manhã que foi muito bom. Faria apenas um reparo, referente ao chuveiro que não permitia tomar um banho mais confortável, já que a ducha tinha que ser manipulada.
