There was only one restaurant for breakfast and it was buffet and the price was not worth it.

Quality of the service and facilities

Everything was perfect, from the stuff, room, Facilities to the great varieties of the food. Rooms and all in the Resort was cristal clean.

Great staycay at this hotel. The rooms are great for families. King bed plus sofa bed. Big bathroom. Buffet breakfast was well managed and good selection. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will return soon.

This was our second trip to this amazing hotel and we’ve booked again for next year. Amazing staff, amazing food and amazing location.

Very hood resort. Was perfectly for vacations. Hassan was very nice, everyday pick us up with a smile to the beach and back. The beach is perfect, the pools are good. High standard of vacation. We want to come back.

Nice enough for a short stay, for golfers and families and if you don’t mind being stuck out in the middle of nowhere and hence hostage to the facilities on site, albeit they are fairly comprehensive. This makes me sound like Victor Meldrew but IMHO this is not a place of relaxation in school holidays if you like peace and quiet as its common areas are full of screaming young kids - though there is thankfully an adults only pool.

Lovely little getaway for the National Day holidays. Pleasantly surprised about property and amenities, incl access via the neighboring JA hotels. Super friendly welcome by Sulith at front desk. Will be back!

It’s a very nice hotel with big rooms, balconies and an excellent food. Staff are really nice but lack experience.

Check in was easy and quick and room was ready by 2.15 when we arrived. So we got an early check in which was nice. The gym is ok. Worth using. Rooms were nice, comfortable. Service was good. But the queues to breakfast were a shame. Availability of foods was limited kept running out. Availability of booking restaurants at night time was disappointing as we could only get 18.30 yet when we left by 20.15, the restaurants were still not busy , so unsure why we could not book 19.00 or 19.30. Swimming pool was far too busy which made it unenjoyable. We moved up to the pool at JA beach resort but again a lack of beds. We left the property at 10am on check out day. We would usually enjoy the last day. The service made up the for disappointments, the bar staff work so hard. 1 person managing the pool bar, understaffed. I felt bad for the guy as he gave great service.

First class service from start to finish. All staff are very polite and helpful. I will definitely be back if I return to Dubai.

This is my second stay at the lake view JA, its an amazing resort, it has all the facilities and its kids friendly, but there is nothing around the resort and its so far from all Dubai attractions..

A great setting, great wildlife and beautiful rooms. Food was very average and over-priced. Not very accommodating to dietary preferences sadly and some areas were a bit run down like the captains bar. But service generally was excellent and it is a lovely place.

Great hotel. Lots of activities in the area of the hotel. Good choice of restaurants

No incentives at all being a VIP access property. The service at the restaurants were poor and some did not allow kids below 12 past 9pm. The pool timings are very short as compared to other hotels, resulting in overly packed swimming pools. Room service and especially in-room dining service was very slow. Overall a very poor experience.

Horrible experience at Repablic restaurant of JA lake view hotel that turned our anniversary celebration and vacation into a nightmare.. to start with , we were 5 adults and 2 kids. The frise which was served was cold and we asked to be replaced.. before finishing the dinner I got severe nausea and ran to the room because of food poisoning I had diarrhea and my wife suffered from the same thing the whole night with vomiting, her mom who was with us at the restaurant suffered from the same symptoms.. in the morning when we rised a complaint they sent us the nurse who requested for a stool sample from my wife to investigate , what shocked me the hotel is asking for 300 Dhs for the stool test!! Which we refused to pay .. they didn’t handle the complaint professionally and didn’t show empathy or care to know the truth.. adding to this the check in process took 2 hours and the water in the room (shower) is cold

Great week stay at the JA Lake View resort on All Inclusive package. Nice hotel, great pool and not to busy. You can go to the other hotels in the resort on the resort golf carts. SandBar down at the marina was great to unwind in the late afternoon. Special shout out to Dalen at the pool bar for great service and cool drinks! Great stay and we will be going back again next year!
