We had a lovely time staying at Silver Crown Hotel & Residence. It felt like home away from home. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. There was a Spar and a Tesco express nearby. There was also an umbrella service (refundable upon return) opposite the reception. I have already recommended this accomodation to a couple of friends.

Clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Friendly staff and overall the room was exactly what you expect.

As a family of 5, finding just one room for all of us is almost impossible. At Silver Crown we had our own little apartment. We absolutely loved it. Location and Underground parking is a huge plus. The staff was amazingly professional, kind and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. We will come back here again and again 😊

Studio apartment was lovely. Comfortable and extremely spacious. The apartment enjoys a separate bedroom but has no TV. There is a TV in the sitting room.

You are represented as a hotel with a Kosher breakfast online. It’s misrepresenting I booked at your hotel because I thought I was going to have a Kosher breakfast and I paid for it but I can’t eat it. I’m going to come on line on a group that looks for kosher hotels, and say that you are not a Kosher Hotel and you are misrepresenting yourself . I have also Expedia since I bought my room through them.

There was one big problem of very bad smells from the sewer that lasted for a week despite daily complaints. On top of that, in one of the days our room was not cleaned at all. when we came back at evening there is nothing they can do about it (no cleaning staff). On the days the room was cleaned, it wasn't really clean and every day something else was missing (water, towels, soap, coffee capsules). the floor and sheets were always full of human hair (not ours according to the length and the color of it). Some of the people in reception were nice but they dont take responsibility for anything, just saying they will deliver the messages to cleaning staff

Great hotel! Highly recommended! Here's why: (1) Wonderful staff - friendly and helpful - the best I have ever experienced. You can see them take joy in helping. They anticipate needs. They were helpful with all aspects of exploring Budapest and Hungary - they took time to talk with me in detail about what I wanted to do an learn. My Budapest experience would not have been the same without them. (2) Perfectly quiet. Comfortable. (3) Good location, 2 minutes from bus, 5 minutes from Metro (Astoria Station), in Old Town near center. Many restaurants and grocery store nearby. (3) Superb restaurant. Perhaps the best breakfast (at a great price) and best goulash in Budapest. But much more than that - the chef is great and the choice of dishes, of many types, is sure to please. - - I would (and hope to) stay here again and again!!

This property was very clean and looked like brand new. The employees were very helpful and cheerful. We had a very pleasant stay in Budapest at the Silver Crown.

Such an amazing find, the apartment is in the perfect location to walk to all tourist sights and comes with all amenities your’ll need for your stay. At the end of the road there is a local shop to grab some bits. The apartment is impeccably clean and will be cleaned during your stay if you wish. They have luggage storage to for when you check out which is free and secure. Would highly recommend.

Very clean, nice contemporary finish. Front desk was extremely helpful and pleasing. My only recommendations for the management is to have an ironing board/clothing iron in the room and a laundry (washer and dryer) in the building.

Stay was in the new wing..the apartment was excellent..clean...modern.A/C efficient as it was summer..special mention on Atill .the Manager..and George..at reception...helpful with information...and excellent customer care...2 subway stops to Keleti train station...and 5 min walk to Astoria..main street for subway and for Hop on bus...enjoyed the stay..even for 1 night.highly recommended......great city..

Ottimo albergo, in posizione comoda a poci passi dal quartiere ebraico e dalla zona dei ruin bar. In poco tempo a piedi si raggiungono le principali attrazioni in centro, mezzi pubblici a poci passi. Consigliato

Buen alojamiento para ir en familia. A 20 minutos del mercado central, no está muy centrico pero la estancia es muy cómoda y silenciosa para descansar. El desayuno tipo buffet no es cuantioso pero todo lo que hay muy bueno.
