This hotel was not as advertised and expected and was unsafe for us to stay at. The cleanliness was lacking, things were worn (such as linens, kitchen wares, and shower curtain), and there was smoking of all substances going on in the common areas when we were there. There was no soundproofing and we could hear through the walls and quiet hours were not observed. The laundry facility is very limited and requires booking many days in advance.

Nice clean place good transit

The property looked new but unfortunately had many problems. First, lot of noise at nights with people running and shouting across the property. On the last night, someone actually knocked at my door at 11pm. It was scary. Then, the other major issue was the “gym”, which is in truth a minuscule room with literally 4 machines and no space to do any standing exercise. There was no mat and no weights, so it s also quite useless. Not recommended

It was reasonable value for money and spacious. Added bonus to have a covered balcony and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, assisted with luggage up the stairs as no lift in my building. The room itself could have been a little bit cleaner. Found a dark long hair on my pillow, mine is short and blond. Cutlery and utensils a bit pick and mix but i was surprised to have any as the advert said you had to pay extra if staying a few says, so that was ok. Could do with clogh or paper towel to wipe off with, but on the whole it was fine.

Everything there that you could need fir a short or long stay Taxis are very expensive and it’s about 25 minutes from the centre There is a laundry but you have to book a slot Nice area and we got a great price Take warm clothes it was freezing lots of snow as to be expected

Everything u need including laundry facilities although u have to book a time to use the laundry It’s about half an hour out if the centre whuch can be expensive but use the bolte app which is like uber It’s nice to have a balcony as well although freezing here at the moment Good value for money especially on certain sites so check them all as the price difference can be 5-10 pounds

Very convenient place to stay. Could not fault the staff who were very friendly and helpful. Big thank you. The only slight problem was that the rooms were only made up for 2 people with bedding and towels even though all four rooms were booked with 3 guests. One room had also things left in the fridge.

The rooms needed a thorough cleaning and some repairs. Staff was lovely.

The property is very strict about check-in and checkout timings.

A pleasant and clean place to stay. Some quirks like low lampshade to bang your head on, a shelf just above your head when sleeping and a bit of a shortage of cutlery did present the odd challenge but overall a nice place to stay.

A really nice hotel, lovely rooms and nice quiet area, I can’t fault it apart from how unbearably hot the rooms are, it woke us up several times in the night with how hot it was even though we’d turned all the radiators off, that’s the only fault I have!

Overall very nice. While better to add microwave, and some kitchen towels.

Vi fick en bra bemötande på hotellet.

Behövde byta rum då vi upptäckte mörka fläckar på madrassen som lyste igenom lakanet. Även matta och soffa i det första rummet hade mycket fläckar på sig. Det nya rummet var bättre men de två sänglamporna fungerade inte. Ingen riktig taklampa. Så halva rummet förblev mörkt på kvällen. Också mycket varmt på rummet och luftkvaliteten upplevdes inte bra. Stekpannor mycket slitna och köksutrustning kändes inte komplett. Saknade disktrasa att torka av bänkarna med och fick aldrig några handdukar till händerna. Vad om detta i receptionen och möttes av svaret att de måste vara slut. Fick istället en stor handduk. Måste ändå ge stort cred till nattpersonalen som arbetade när vi behövde byta rum. Otroligt trevligt och varm person som verkligen ville oss sitt bästa. Hans värme höll vår inställning och vårt humör uppe mitt i natten när vi kontaktade honom om vårt missnöje.

Trevligt hotell med lägenhetskänsla. Rent och fräscht. Bra läge och nära till kollektivtrafiken. Man tar sig lätt och snabbt in till Stockholm

Sköna sängar men väldigt oskön bäddsoffa. Hade behövts både en eller två bäddmadrasser för att sova ok som vuxen. Kanon med busshållsplats nära. Något lyhört men ok.

Fick ett rum. Var flertalet hål i golvet, dörren gick knappt att stänga o sen öppnas. Smutsigt kring sängen och sängkläder som ska ha varit rena. Smutsig golvmatta Fick ett nytt rum. Dörren var svår stängd även där. Stekpannan var hackad med lösa bitar och kastrullen var lämnad med gamla matrester. Alltså är det inte städat ordentligt på ett bra tag. Bott på detta hotell förut och varit bra men denna gång var det under all kritik.

Bra lägenhet och rent

För det första så fick jag ett rum som var ofräscht, luktade stek-os och rök i rummet. Sängkläderna var nästan klibbiga av mat-os. Hela kroppen luktade äckligt när man sov. Fick ta handduk på kudden. Samt ingen Micro.
