I had asked to have my room away from the road. They did do that for me, which I really appreciated. It doesn’t look like much of a place, but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. There was a small table and 2 chairs, along with a mini fridge and microwave. There was no closet, although there was a place with hooks and several hangers, which worked great for me. I had a single brew coffee machine, with regular and decaf coffee sugar and coffee mate. They even had a few books if you wanted to read. As I was on my way too Calgary, visiting family. Looks like I'll book a room for my trip back. The price was very reasonable. It is a about 8 to 10 km. from Salmon Arm and no real amenities around. So, eat and do any shopping before you check in.

All in all a clean small place to sleep. Could use another light near the table. Really dark corner.

Very nice motel with lots of space. Older but well maintained. Seems most rooms are actually more of a suite with a separate dining and tv area.

A last minute booking turned into a very pleasant stay. The owner was very friendly and the hotel comfort/cleanliness were both excellent. Very well maintained. Happy Salmon is located next to the highway but road noise was not a concern. I would definitely stay again and am glad I found this gem.

Great value for the cost. Bit of noise from the highway but not enough to be a bother.
