Some ammenities not consistent (ie. make up remover, wash cloth and mouth wash in one room and not in another). No microwave in the room. No chairs or towel hooks by the hot tub. Wipes in work out room empty. Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Robes were nice to go to hot tub with. Clean and quiet. Check and Check out were very good.

First night we stayed room had lots of pet hair but staff was ready right away to give us a clean room satisfied with the stay.

The steam room.seems to be out of order for a long time. Also microwave in rooms would be good. Otherwise everything was cery good.

Great hotel, complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the suite was clean and large. Thank you.

Very clean rooms, property is modern and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Only thing was there was no additional dining options in the hotel, we arrived late in the day and ended up having to order Skip.

The noise was wild. Also? Breakfast buffet needs revamping. The tater tots were rock hard

Stayed a few days for a business trip, nice room, daily service, and decent breakfast. Couldn’t charge my room for the $4 laundry coins needed, had to get change from the generous cashier across the street at the local gas station. To end my trip neither dryer worked and had to scramble within an hour of my flight time really had to coax the desk clerk to throw my laundry in the linen dryer so I didn’t have to travel with an extra 20 pounds of wet FP clothing on a redeye.

Great hotel

Nice enough for the price. Hot tub wasnt working when we booked this property because it had a hottub. Free breakfast is only until 8:30 so not great if you have late nights and arent going to be up before than. Late check out was offered for $25 for an extra 10 minutes. And $50 for half an hour. Anything longer is full price of room. The patios arent kept shoveled so dont book a patio room because you cant go out.

Nice property, the heated garage was a definite plus with crazy cold outdoor temps

Only thing missing was a bar and restaurant but I new that before going, breakfast was good though, and all the staff was friendly.

Everything was great, the beds were not the best.

Underground parking can be difficult if it's bust as there may not be sufficient spaces for all. It is included with the room so that is a bonus for sure though.

The only reason the Pomeroy didn’t get a better review from me was the beds. The mattresses are hard as rocks and extremely uncomfortable. Everything else about this hotel was fantastic. It was quiet, clean, the underground parking was a huge bonus. Unfortunately, the beds are enough of a factor that I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
